You can use most of Rothenberger's copper solder - unfortunately I don't have the specifications anymore - it is years ago I bought it 👍- but when I use their copper solder, I am careful not to use too much - otherwise there will be silver joints instead of copper joints.
Hey this is an amazing video and I'm wanting to get into this as a hobby. Any chance you can put a list of all the tools you used with links of where to get them? Also wondering what gauge the wires are, what grit sand paper, and what type of polishing compound you use. I'd greatly appreciate it as the internet is extremely vast and I'm having trouble with figuring out what to buy and don't want to spend too much.
Thanks al lot for your nice feedback :) You can easily start with a small gas burner, round pliers, pliers, a small hammer, some hand files and a small vise - and then you're good to go. You don't need to buy expensive jewelry tools - I just use the usual hand tools that are in my workshop. The twisted wire is 2x16G and the thick wire is 10G. I use sandpaper in various sizes starting with 320 and ending with 2000. To finish I use regular polishing paste (the blue one for maximum shine) I don't know what country you are in, but all discount hardware stores have everything you need (also on their websites)
@@my-projects Of course you make some great things man! I've been looking at harbor freight I'm in the U.S they have almost everything I need. And I already have quite a bit of the hand tools and sand paper. I guess I'm mainly trying to find the right solder cause I can't find the kind you use. What kind of block do you use to heat and solder on? Also not sure where to get the sulfuric acid. Is that better than pickle or is it the same? And last but not least do you use boric acid or any type of flux?

If you can't find sulfuric acid 24%, you can also use sandpaper - it's just more difficult. You can allso use pickle instead - it's pretty much the same. For small solders I do not use flux, but for the slightly larger ones I use flux paste
@@my-projects YOU ARE AMAZING thanks ! I'm going to follow this list and get what I need. For the sulfur acid it looks like I can order online. Is the difference that you don't need to warm it up like the pickle?

@@ZamirCastillo-Abdullah I found this on Amazon, www.amazon.co.uk/Temperature-Consumables-Accessories-Conditioner-Refrigerators/dp/B08NB332F2?crid=3CPKUIAHJJ7DN&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.7bN3_v3LtMJhHoHOlOuz25XZQ5ifAkM5i2yzGVMij-jv3K2O5WrtV3e1akcHk0jeyX6WC7wPsOaz8kaYrPudJQsO6HoOg1ttdEQYBeJCrmNXTYQ77G_O6wr75c76ONIYc7O42Za7Kjj22hP_KXXiHH2n0dJKZbaVmtajgT1ZsEx017lnR8f4eiQOtGBWdZ3zd40Q3E7YhvQSGGz56QdBoG5F_XaxQJCjL1dVWmcpmclzasEhg0BoxBPyXYYHGxSc8QxAs1vQx14IZ6SQuBeLvvmy-KxlxiAIxzD17SkiPaE.e7QOKLzlc-bSHifNHOsdOFjgIIYtSF7yeeOQ9I4is_E&dib_tag=se&keywords=phosphorus+copper+solder&qid=1710699007&sprefix=phosphorus+copper+solder,aps,146&sr=8-23-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9tdGY&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=darvetholmes-21&linkId=b9a5a4a8f005a98373003ce0fcd75306&language=en_GB&ref_=as_li_ss_tl
I haven't tried it but it looks like you can use it - just be careful not to use too much or it will turn silvery.
@@ZamirCastillo-Abdullah I think it's more a matter of attitude - because you can easily also heat it up, so cleaning the copper goes faster. I hope you will enjoy the proces :)
What is the turquoise solution ?
It is 14% sulfuric acid that I use to remove the solder residues.
What are the wire reducer tools called that you used

Have a nice day. :)
Beautiful! How can we order one?
Thank you very much - but I only make my jewelery as gifts for family and close friends - but thank you again. ❤️Have a really good day 😊👍
@ You are truly gifted. If you ever decide to sell special pieces like that one, I’m interested.
@@divinelypurposed6851 I will 👍 Thanks a lot again - I really appreciate your feedback and it makes me happy.🥰

No - I'm from Dennark in Europe - Unfortunately, the bracelet is not for sale - I made it as a gift for a friend. Have a super good day
What's your solde. Formula ?please
I use Rothenberger copper solder. Don't use too much - you'll avoid silvery joints.
👍👍🔥🔥
Thanks a lot ☺👍
ما نوع الساءل الازرق الذي تضع فيه المعدن ؟ وشكرا
It’s sulfuric acid (24%) Thanks my friend😊
Good evening, kindly, what is the diameter of the wires and the gauge of the axle that made the rings?

@@richardmiller8670 Yes... the big one.
What kind of solder you use???
I use Rothenberger copper solder and if I am careful with the soldering I can get a copper colored joint. If you put too much solder on, the copper-colored part will float out, and then you will have to grind away the silver-colored part.

Pretty sweet. I feel like the clasp coulda been more wow than a hook though.
Copper is such a nice metal. I’m gonna start telling the meth heads that I’ll buy copper too.
Thanks a lot.👍 Yes, it would be nice to make another clasp for the bracelet as well. In my next video I am making another and different clasp.

Какая толщина проволоки и диаметр оправки ?
Витой провод 2x16G, толстый провод 10G.
@my-projects спасибо
Excellent job with the instructions and craftsmanship!
