Ang mga ito ay malapit na nauugnay sa ibang mga pangkat etniko sa Hilagang Luzon, ngunit nagbabahagi din ng malapit na wika at pangkulturang mga kaugalian sa mga Tao sa Orchid Island sa Taiwan.

I'm Native American, my people, the specific tribe, have a Mtdna strand that is also common among the Ivatan.
I thought that was cool.
No one else did.
But it is cool to me, even if you people from Philippines don't think so.

@@AHMAtHomewithMarDIY70 Ironically, I once made the comment that all of my friends and people I know go to foreign countries on vacation, because that's their place of origin.
Mine is in North America. So I don't go anywhere.
Ironically, I found some of my people's DNA matches with those in Ivatan.
Looks like you're a bit less foreign to me after all. That's what I get out of it. And I just wanted to share that with people from there.

I come from Native Americans in the U.S. by tribal affiliation. My point of origin is here, but I found me somewhere else too, from a long time ago and I loved it. 😂
