I improved my hair by following all these things: Including more and more Vitamin C in form of orange, lemon, and kiwi fruit, 8 hours of adequate sleep daily, have nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also have fishes like sardines, salmon. Exercise at least 30 mins daily. Using mild, pure shampoo, oil, neem wooden comb, scalp massager by Littleextra Cooconion two times a week. This is good for hair fall control.
