i was under the clearly mistaken impression that Cuccio was a super pricey brand that was out of my reach, but it's really not! I hear you talk about them all the time and just assume 'Ahh, her favorite expensive brand I can't buy =3' and now I realize I've been sleeping on them for to long. This all changes soon. This collection is stunning!

I think Be Spectacular makes the nail look brighter because color theory may come into play! Yellow and purple are complimentary colors so they cancel each other out. If your nail looks a bit yellow toned and you add a purple on top it makes it look cleaner!
That totally makes sense!! And it really worked so well, it brought out a lovely brightness to my nails!
Just wanted to let u and ur viewers know that Salon Perfect has re-reased Too cute Too Spook. It was a limited edition halloween polish from many years ago and I have been rationing mine cuz it is my favorite glitter polish.

I tend to gravitate toward specific colors and finishes... but Glow Ahead is pretty out from my regular and I absolutely need to pick it up. It's both moody and beautiful, understated but special. I dig it. Edit. Dive on in as well. Something about this collection really got me.

*Update* This one was a miss for me. Treat Yourself is pretty, but the other colors fell flat for me. I'm not a huge fan of metallic glitters. Bummer, I had been anticipating this collection. Thanks for the beautiful swatches!

I definitely agree cuccio are underrated. So many good polishes with a lot of variety. Mint oreos are my favourite but to be even more controversial Cadbury dairy milk mint oreo chocolate bars are amazing though not sure wether that's a thing outside of the uk.

I recently got a manicure at a spa and I love it...it is a cross between Be Spectacular and Reach for the stars. Basically super halo and lavender glitters. It's so gorgeous I have had it on already 6 days!! I need these glitters!!

This collection looks pretty I especially like the nudes. I actually divide the year into spring/summer and fall/winter in my head, myself.

I just got my first order from HB Beauty Bar a couple of weeks ago and tried my first polishes from Cuccio (caramel kisses) and Zoya (Merida, Trixie and Wyatt) love them all! I know you've sort of mentioned it before in your favorite colors videos, but I would love to see a favorite color/finish by brand video. For example, I know OPI and Sally Hansen are some of your favorites for red creams, in the above video you mention that holo is one of your favorite finishes from Cuccio. I know this might seem a little redundant, but it would be nice to have a quick run down of best of brand in a single video for a quick reference if that makes sense? Sometimes I have trouble going back and finding specific things that I know I've heard you say before about favorites colors/finishes for a certain color or finish. Just a suggestion! Oh and my current mani is birch nails with OPI alpine snow, Cuccio caramel kisses and Zoya trixie. Love your content!
Oh yes of course *Fall slash Winter.* 😅 I don't know why I heard that the first time as "false lash Winter" hahaha tbh both versions are true for me anyway lol. 🤪 I'm considering getting Cuccio's shade *Dive On In* from this collection to replace my Believe Beauty polish in Midnight In Paris. It's the only BB polish I own that can take up to 4 coats to cover my visible nail line, and I just don't have time for that. Happy to see the Cuccio one is a 2 coater!! ✌

I'm not a fan of the glitters in this collection. I'd be interested in trying the grey and the red. Thank you for reviewing these and for introducing me to Cuccio. Their topcoat is my new favorite and I have several of their "chocolates" from last year.

I liked this collection I’d rather see a handful of good polishes than a whole bunch of too many that look alike. Only thing missing was green: my favorite was be spectacular. That would be beautiful over solid dark polish. What do you think about stamping with any of these? Will you plan on a training video demonstrating using non stamping polish to stamp tutorial?
Definitely going to do a non stamping polish video! I just can't decide if I want to test out a bunch of random polishes and brands, or share a list of my favorites haha

I tried the Cuccio base coat since you liked it so much and it didn't prevent against staining. :( I was so disappointed. I used Green Taffy by Holo Taco and when I took off my nail polish, my nails were tinted green on the nails Green Taffy was on (I only used it on some of my nails.) So maybe against strongly pigmented polishes it doesn't work so well. Idk, I've never had that double up on base before, especially with Holo Taco polishes. I'm not sure if doubling up would help and I don't really want to test it and be wrong.

Halloween oreos are double stuffed, but they have some kind of Halloween/nostalgia magic where they only taste good in October.
Also, I think the birthday cake oreos are double stuffed, since they share the same calorie count as the Double Stuff oreos.

Kelli, Kelli, Kelli....this is where I would insert a gif of Ryan Reynolds dropping his face into his hand, so filled with shame that he doesn't even know what to say. I can't believe you've never tried Double Stuf! Girl, if you had a PO Box, that would be rectified so quickly, let me tell you. 😆 I honestly think the cream to cookie ratio of the Pokemon Oreos is closer to Double Stuf than regular, but I'd have to buy a package of regular to experiment with that. They do not reside in this house. lol And honestly, the birthday cake is not my favorite. It's been a few years, so maybe I'll give it another try, but I was not impressed. I told hubby your answer and he said "well, time to hit the unfollow button." 😂 That's how much we stan Double Stuf in this house. Luckily, I am a very forgiving and loving human, so I will let this slide, as long as your promise to at least give Double Stuf a chance one of these days. 👀 I'll be waiting. 🤣

I was actually gonna joke that you'd unfollow after I gave my answer but I wasn't sure if it was gonna land properly 🤣🤣 Honestly I would understand, our difference in opinion is just too vast when it comes to the important topic of Oreos! 😂 but yeah I do think the cookie to cream ratio is wonderful in the Pokemon ones. There's definitely something different about them - maybe thats it. I thought it might be that they just tasted especially fresh and creamy LOL

Nice collection. I wish there were more retail locations to buy Cuccio - I think that’s the biggest obstacle for them as a company. Also - you and Amanda are BOTH wrong, the best Oreos are either chocolate peanut butter pie or apple cider donut.

My favorite is the Zoya Remove+! It's a bit pricey but it has vitamins to keep your nails hydrated, that's what I use between my swatches. HB Beauty Bar sells it though so you can use my discount code to save a little money!

@@missyford1397 you can! But you don't have to! Just make sure your hands are fully dry before you paint on a new manicure, as you don't want your nails to release any moisture and chip your polish!

Don’t bother with Oreos! Get Jo-Jo’s from Trader Joe’s! They are more like 1.5x the filling (so just right) and no trans fats. Winner!
