Thank you Dr.Harding. We can say that all Religions and Filosophical systems point to that direction: love your neighbor the same way you want to be loved. In other words be kind, loving and compasionate with people around you! What we was not told is that by being loving and kind with others was the key not only to have a better individual and colective health but also to find real happiness. Kindness has the power to change the world... and save our humanity. Let's spread kindness like the circle waves that produce a stone thrown on a pond!
    Gracias mil!

WOW DOC I'm only halfway through the video and I must say, along with these other good folks, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for making this empirical data public.
Shalom and blessings upon you. I hope that Managers and people in place of importance get to hear the effects of being kind, and productivity. Although you didn't state this, I bet that those who have a great boss, have less stress in the work place. The data supports the narrative that a happy work place (within reason) is a productive work place.
Shalom and blessings upon you and your House. 🇺🇸🤙🏽

Thank you, Dr. Harding for your good work and uplifting message of kindness as it relates to our overall health. It often seems as if we're so enamored of complex solutions, fads, gurus and other externals that we fail to see or believe in the power in the simplest gestures and solutions. Much success with your book and spreading the word of kindness.

Brilliant lecture. Very well told and extremely compassionate towards the complexity of mental illnesses, medication and recovery. I love watching these personal stories and I'm intrigued as always of the differences between one professional opinion to another

I'm glad and lucky that Mr Gary Stevenson's talk has made me aware of the rabbit effect and then, your work.

My copy of The Rabbit Effect arrived today! I'm hopeful about applying what I learn from it to the workplace. We are about to undergo massive changes at work, and I'm consequently concerned about colleagues losing a sense of joy, satisfacion, and happiness, and that coworkers and supervisors will be less kind to each other.

Dear Rand, Thank you so much for your thoughtful note. I hope the book is helpful. I'm inspired by your efforts to support colleagues during what sounds like a challenging transition. Your kindness is in itself, a good prognosis! Warmly, Kelli
