We are never stopping this trend of a three second trailer in front of every trailer are we?
its the worst...
@TheDistortedTheorists nah, spoiling the entire movie thats also a trend is the worst. I always have my thumb ready to stop them playing as soon as i decide i wanna see it. Trailers for trailers are second worst. Then the rwboot that has a slow piano version of the original content. Like the Ghostbusters 2016, and probably the recent sequels,
@jotun.616 I don't even know why blockbusters have trailers. Tell me Iron Man 4 is dropping and ima go see it. Don't need to see a clip... lol hahaha
Comments starts.......now.
i love when trailers have trailers
I admire the restraint not to add a single shark to the trailer
lol are there sharks that low?
they did add a alien larva tho at 1:33
@damien1781 sharks go everywhere
Exactly what I thought. "Hey, where are the sharks?" Especially when he lit up the bottom for sure I was expecting a shark!
Sharks will laser beams
“Trailer starts now”
It’s like watching a movie with someone and they tell you, “watch this part”.
Literally a trailer for a trailer, lol. I feel like i only say that if they arent watching the movie 😂 and its something worth doing it for
@ I know people mean well. I just wanted to point out something humorous 😎🤠
fr, i dont get it why trailers have that lmfaoo
It's meant for stuff like youtube ads. It's a way to try to capture your interest, so you wont skip it. It last just long enough so by the time you can skip the ad, you'll have seen the whole stinger, and hopefully watch the full ad trailer.
My IQ is 47 and when I click on a movie trailer, I don't know what's gonna happen, so I need that warning.
I feel like Woody Harrelson is one of the most underrated actors in Hollywood
1000%. He's a phenomenal actor.
Glad to see him in more films
He can play both antagonist and protagonist at ease.
Not at all, he only seems underrated because it's the latter part of his career in life. Back after he was introduced in the sitcom Cheers he went up and up in recognition. But like any career, it has a plateau sometimes.
but he's a lucky actor cause he got to kiss many hot actress 🗿🤣
Please be mindful in the comments guys. This is based on true events, albeit a Hollywood version. However the story is real and absolutely did happen. The diver in question, was sat in my house having xmas dinner later that year as he is a former inlaw. Thankfully Chris lived to tell the tale and use the experience to raise diver safety awareness
The original documentary film was fantastic (they used some of my filming).
I hope Chris is happy with Hollywood’s version?
❤❤❤
That’s so cool I would love to hear it
Loved the documentary. Really excited for this films adaptation of Chris' survival - even though it is far from reality lol
I find it funny for you to say, "be mindful of comments." - I don't see anything to be mindful of; but I guess the attention-seeking is at maximum LOL- Excited to see the movie :D
I'm sticking to snorkeling at my local swimming baths.
i'm sticking to bubble baths in my ghetto bath tub
❤❤
REAL😭😭
I’ve enjoyed reading the comments more than watching the video. Thank you, everyone.
I plan to see this one. Have a retired friend who was one of these in the military.
Just watched the film in under 3 minutes!
Yup.
It's based on a pretty well known true story
@@evergreent Not to mention that 2018 or 19 documentary about this incident. I still get goosebumps just thinking about this one. Literally a "miracle" story all things considered.
No you didn't! God you "spoiler" people are tiresome AF and out yourselves as uneducated. You think plot IS the story when it's absolutely not, and you couldn't write a paper about the film, it's themes, what each characters reaction to a given event meant.
Yawn.
Ok here’s a thought. Stop watching trailers because if you keep getting spoiled than you’re the problem 🤷♂️
I saw this documentary a few years back. Amazing story of courage.
this is gonna be a good one! I watched the Netflix's documentary on the story and what happens, looks like the movie will mirror it! incredible story!! can't wait to see the movie.
What’s the documentary called?
@@melinaXPI found it, it’s called “Last Breath” as well
Both are made by same director, Alex Parkinson
Just watched the documentary. It was excellent
Really want to see it. Ive seen documentary about it with people who were involved and thats something special. As a seafarer myself Im exited to see it
The actual footage unreal. The doc is amazing.
I was disappointed in the trailer when I didn’t see a giant squid or sea monster we thought was “extinct” but then realized this is based on a true story, so that shifted my expectations and I’m cool with it. Stories based on true events are equally cool
I didn’t even need to watch the full trailer. I am there for Woody Harrelson!
Now That's a Movie!
I don’t know anything about the true story or diving, but launching divers tethered to umbilical cords during a storm seems like a bad idea, right?
The ship is well capable of diving in those conditions although wave height is exaggerated in the film. The fault comes from the vessel's dynamic positioning when they lose control of the ship.
They shouldn't have been diving in those conditions, the boat has plenty of systems to keep its positioning but the weather was far too rough.
Client pressure on the diving company to keep diving is a real big problem in the industry.
Seems like a bad idea to me. But I don't know crap about diving
@@Holdenmagroin75 the accident was caused by the total loss of the Kongsberg positioning systems smart arse, it had nothing to do with the weather.
@@colnago6501The DP system goes down in decent weather an that incident doesn't happen....it had everything to do with the weather!.
Pr*ck
I saw the real time footage of this years ago in a mini doc on UA-cam. Absolutely astounding. I won’t ruin the ending but closest thing to a miracle I’ve ever witnessed.
That’s already a spoiler what you said.
“I won’t ruin the ending.”
*proceeds to ruin the ending*
I don’t want to ruin the ending either but I don’t the viewers to me scared either he does live 🥹🥲
This looks like a Mark Wahlberg movie
My thoughts exactly.
Starring the guy who had the most disastrous AMA in Reddit history.
😂
Say hello to your mother for me, okay?
And a Peter Berg movie … on Netflix.
Woody yup I'm sold. Plus I know where this story come from. Scary as hell...I wanna go❤❤
Thanks just watched the whole movie
The trailer told me everything I needed to see.
Commercial divers will probably find a lot of inconsistencies in this film, but for the general public it can be a good thriller. I will certainly go see it when it comes out in Belgium.
Will they? 🤔
@@topdeckdog Yes we will
Yes!!!!
The voices first of all. Where’s the helium balloons for the actors?
❤❤
Thanks for showing the whole movie. 7/10
Fr
Diver down 🤙🏼 This looks like a solid take on an incredible true story. Can’t wait to see this!
Yo! check out "last breath UK" I think the DOC is probably 100X better than this movie haha.
Woody Harrelson + underwater stuff is a must watch for me
As a commercial diver I can appreciate the spotlight that is put on our world with this film but they added a little more drama than what actually happened.
who's buy tickets to no drama diving?
I'm surprised no one tried to monetize those kids stuck in the cave and ad at least 1 romantic subplot.
@ what actually happened is crazy enough I think.
❤❤
I was waiting for the Helium voices 😂
@@HisameArtwork If you're talking about the kids from Thailand that were stuck, there is a movie called 13 Lives. No romantic subplots as far as I know but I haven't seen it. :)
this seems actually a good movie because these divers do hell lotta scary job
This is already a documentary that was done VERY well, and very realistically. What is this? A remake of the original documentary?
I saw the netflix documentary for this. Pretty scary story tbh. Would not want to be a saturation diver at all.
Looks like it's gonna be a real enigmatic encounter 😮
I'm definitely going to watch this in theaters! I've seen the documentary and I'm excited to see how it looks as a movie! As someone with a Scuba certification I am extra interested in this.
Loved the 2019 Documentary ❤
looks cool would totally go watch it if it wasnt for my crippling thalassophobia
I just saw the story of this on a UA-cam video, the film looks good.
Oh thank you for the initial 7 seconds. I almost forgot what I had clicked 7 seconds ago! Life saver!
I just saw this documentary.
Last Breath is gonna be such an intense thriller!
This is exactly the work I did for years, went to school for 2 years to learn it. Everything I saw on this trailer was very accurate and on point. I've been in some hairy situations like this, but damn it was the most fun job I've ever had.
Hell yes ❤❤ ..finally underwater terrifying movie
that was a great movie! thanks for showing the whole thing to us
I have ZERO doubt that this will be a great film, but the doc was enough for me.
Load of shite. Hollywood ruined a remarkable story
It's cool to see Woody in a different role in a different genre. He is a major talent.
Can't miss a movie that has Woody Harrelson in it.
❤ Simu! Let's gooo!!!
45:06 got me rollin pops is legendary. But don’t forget vengeance is Gods he gone handle them kids 🙏🏿💯
The documentary about this is on Netflix, also called last breath. Looks like the movie made a bunch of stuff up. Disappointing, the documentary is awesome.
The documentary blew my mind. So good.
Both films are directed by the same person
@@pb.j.1753Yes but this one is made for Hollywood, the directors made this for the general audience and input from the Divers themselves was ignored
@@Holdenmagroin75It is still only one director. Alex Parkinson. It is not that hard to understand. Both are Independent films made for a public audience.
@@Holdenmagroin75 LOL not they weren't. All involved in the incident played a big part of this production also, just not on screen.
Woody excels in any role.
How can I do this job? Where do you go to school to become a Commercial Diver??
Florida Commercial Diving Institute its a new Commercial Diving school and they offer an International Certification in as little as 26 weeks.
So excited to see Finn Cole in something so big !
Before you watch the movie I can highly recommend to watch documentary first......
"How do you want to cut this trailer?"
"Let's make sure every plot point is covered, I want the viewer to essentially watch the movie before it's even released."
its based on a real story dude, everyone can read what its about and what happened
I get really annoyed with people who say this yet can't back it up. You haven't seen the movie so how do you know how much they have fully given away? You don't.
Looks interesting. My father was a deep sea diver for more than 20 years. I thank God he lived through it all.
Thank his training, skills and his luck, not some imaginary bearded daddy that lives in the sky
Woody is the man. Give that man his flowers
This definitely a true story. Glad they made a movie
For any non divers, certain sharks can be found at deep depths but due to the noise from the equipment crashing or breaking, more likely than not, all sea life would be easily chased away for a little while
Woody Harrelson being serious and sober, this I gotta watch.
and that's what's her name from Witcher.
and of course Simu Liu.
I remember Mr Ballen telling this story, and although I know what happened, I look forward to watching this.
Great to see the whole movie in the trailer, no need to pay
Yes Finncole back acting ❤
I remember hearing about this story on Mr. Ballen or some other TC channel. Awesome.
looking good. now I need that one about some oil works stuck in a tube in movie version pls!
you are referring to the one that was recently on trial, the entire dive crew save one died in that pipe. that would be a horror as a movie.
Cletus Kasady, Shang-Chi, Michael Gray, Tonowari, Korath the Pursuer
Looks really good. Love woody
Great idea to zip the entire movie in the trailer.
Sony Pictures - puts out two amazing trailers that does its job in teasing the movie enough to garner interest
Focus Features - puts out a trailer with a trailer for the trailer in the first 5 seconds and gives away the entire movie
Good bless all the men who risk their lives doing dangerous jobs. What a chilling story.
Whoever's brilliant idea of adding the "TRAILER STARTS NOW" on every trailers nowadays, can you also add "TRAILER ENDS NOW" at the end? Just so we would know when the trailer ends. Thanks in advance.
This movie looks amazing 👏 🤩 ❤❤❤❤
😮😮😮….waiting for this ..release date - 28 Feb- 2025❤
1:36 Michael Was Underwater for so long he grew a moustache and resurfaced on a boat in the 1920s heading to Miquelon.
Who is the actress at the 2 min mark? She’s not credited on imdb
Watch the documentary with the same name, it’s fantastic
This story is amazing.
Something to do with the satellite anchor failure sent boat adrift, dragged the bell and etc etc.
it took 28 mins for his crew to get him back.
Medical marvel.
Believed he finished the job.
Not many men I admire.
🫡
Když zavoláte do Prahy, řeknou cam, že tam hrajou me… ten film je o mě… teda ještě před tím, než jsem ukradnul tuhle totožnost 😂😂😅
❤
Not sure if it's the lighting, color grading or something else, but there's something that just feels... Off. If it weren't for the extensive CGI I would've thought this was a student project.
that was one of the most effective uses of silence in a trailer
They should put a reaper leviathan from Subnautica in this film, including the scream
Showing the whole movie once again
i see Woody, i click.
As Simple As That.
Can't wait!!!!
Lost me when he said 300feet! This happened in the North Sea we use metres 😎
americans wouldn't buy tickets if they saw metric, it offends them. you know how sensitive they are.
❤❤
The documentary alone does it justice and respect. This is such a cash grab👎
Let's not jump to conclusions
Wait this isn't about Sans Undertale?
This maybe would have been a good movie to watch if I didn’t work in the diving industry and could see all the in accuracies
Not a single kirby Morgan in sight?
Ive sailed on many vessels out of Aberdeen never seen the crew in uniform or wearing rank.
David and Chris didnt have that chat pre umbilical snap
And David certainly isnt the type for "emotional promises"
Probably still watch it though 😂😂😂
Absolute joke mate innit, wonder what Dave will think of the finished movie 😂😂
@Holdenmagroin75 probably won't watch it, human entertainment does not appeal to him I'm guessing 🤣🤣
@@Robp787 😂😂😂
Was this filmed on an iphone?
Huh?
That’s was good short film next one please.
Made this story way too Hollywood for those of us who know, were there, and work this industry. Still, it will grab audiences and make a few quid (dollars).
well, I just saw the whole movie. Thanks UA-cam.
The documentary was pretty insane
Does it seem like most of the scenes with Woody Harrelson were filmed separately and then edited in?
He's alone in the diving bell talking to the divers via comms underwater
❤
@@topdeckdog which in real life never happens. The bellman sits their for 6 hours, adjusts the umbilical length in and out as instructed, scratches his balls and eats sandwiches. That is pretty much all that happens. The Supervisor on the vessel is the person that instructs the dive and speaks to the divers.
Fantastic
outer space and deep ocean is the most scariest place for human being
Great cast
Then when all hope is lost , MEGLADON!!
No chipmunk voice from Heliox, 0/10
While that would certainly mirror the way those divers really talk, it would be awfully difficult to get an audience caught up in the drama of the moment when they can't stop giggling at the chipmunk voices.
Looks good
