The mustache is even more masculine than the full beard. However the comedy that comes with it due to the way the media treats men is upsetting. All the joke merchandise takes away it's credibility and that's the plan.
I personally feel that all facial hair is valid, any attempt to express oneself should be celebrated and not vilified. You are correct though the portrayal of a moustache is either a villian or a comedy character
No matter what I do, I cant seem to train my moustache. Just keeps returning to its normal, scruffy state hanging down over my mouth rather than sweeping out to the sides. :(
Hey Simon, I urge you to watch my other videos as I'm sure together we can achieve moustache greatness. How long is your moustache and do you trim it? Also have you seen my other videos on how to style your moustache?
Ah yes, I've rewatched this. Useful, but I don't really want the upturns at each end. What I really want is the walrus-style tache which droops down over the mouth area. Any tips please? Cheers. Gaius
Hey Gaius, if you want a walrus they you need to stop letting it and simply doing it down. However this makes eating and drinking a bit more troublesome. Or you can compromise by slightly parting the centre

The 'hands on a clock' method is useful for combing to get that thicker middle-part look. Never tried that.
Thanks.

In pleased this works for you, it was quite the revelation when I discovered it
Ah, not tried it just yet, so will have to re-watch your video feed to ensure I'm doing it correctly.
Cheers.

Hi
Thanks again. That's kinda what I thought I should be doing - just to let it grown and comb it downwards.
Cheers.
