Lived in Rainsville but worked here in 1970. 16 years old and worked for a Neighborhood Youth Program. A whooping $40.66 per week for 20 hours. Thats all we could ever get. I always thought this town was extremely boring. Scottsboro much more exciting, but Huntsville even better. Couldn't wait to book out of here. Left in 71 and never went back.
Just got a new phone.a blu view 3.excelleñt video qualíty.6inch screen.i turned on your video.im like.whoa.bytw.thats whéré the country group alabamas fróm.i saw em at opryland.years ago, sister took me.whole place shook.when the band started
This town looks great, but I wouldn't move here unless you really don't mind sitting at home all day, there's nothing to do. A million fast food places, you can go up into mentone and hike some trails if you don't mind the 30 min drive.. definitely an old persons town.
The town looks dead where is everyone besides the ones driving the automobiles ? Different atmosphere. The state where I live in there are people walking their dogs, kids playing, people jogging. Don’t get me wrong Fort Payne is beautiful.
Gosh.. this brings back memories of home on gault ave across from that green store use to be Benjamin hosiery ive made plenty of paychecks their it was run by Lee Stout the mayor's wife she was so damed Hot.. anyways lot's of people i knew from there are gone that was back in the 90s.
A great little place. I used to live there. Not much there now since all the mills left, but they furnished a lot of people work back in the day.
Thank you for the great video.
We will repay you with good videos of Korea.
