HOW TO MAKE THE BEST NIGERIAN GROUNDNUT SOUP. GROUNDNUT AND AFANG. NIGERIAN CUISINE

In this video I show you how I make my quick and easy groundnut soup with Afang. There are different ways to make Nigerian groundnut soup and this is just one of them. This particular Nigerian groundnut soup is made with afang, but you can use any vegetable you have available.
This Nigerian soup is easy to make.
I used the following ingredients;
Peanut/groundnut 2cups
Goat meat 500g
Shaki/cow tripe 200g
Sure red Afang 2 cups
Crayfish 1/2 cup
Dadawa/locust beans 1tbs
Onion 1
Seasoning cubes 3
Palm oil 1/2 cup
Hot leaf/uziza
Pepper
Salt
