      I've seen it ..
Dr Berg is definitely not parent of the year. He failed his son because of pursuing his career path & position within the ranks of the cult his family is a part of.
But I also attribute much of (his son) Ian's abuse to that ego driven, cold & very selfish mother of his.
Men are naturally ego driven.. we get that as women BUT naturally redirect that negative energy towards the matters of the heart. And as a mother, if you're actually doing what you're supposed to be doing.. . over time our guidance brings moral focus & emotional balance into those troubled partnerships and *with Christ's help,* it usher's in God's true mediating peace, cultivating an atmosphere of understanding & willingness.
She should have been able to bring balance & the priority of tending to her child's needs.. abridging that tension between her husband & son.
☝🏽BUT.. SHE & HER HUSBAND ERIC BERG SERVE THEMSELVES & NOT CHRIST.
*AND THAT'S THE HEART OF THE ISSUE.*
As parents, they both failed him through their blind ambition for position, money & influence through their ties with scientology..
Ian unfortunately was the first to get stepped on & destroyed in the process & that was a choice they were both comfortable making, over & over & over & over again.
I do understand a majority of the proceeds that Berg makes from his supplements goes directly to Scientology and that's where some people (like myself) part ways with his company and just get the useful advice that he has to offer online.
It's very disheartening to see but a realistic view of the wickedness that exists in our world through the selfish choices we make.
      Bottom line..
JESUS *ALONE* SAVES US FROM OURSELVES!!
I'm truly praying for his family.. that they encounter Jesus Christ.. The True God.

Thanks for the video and ignore the naysayers. I was anemic from the time I was 18-47 years of age. I’ve been told my hair is thin/fine and that hair is all about genetics. NOT TRUE! I started taking Floradix (liquid iron), Hemaplex (iron builder), folic acid and vitamin C. A year later, my hair is fuller and thicker! I started an Ayurvedic hair challenge 30 days ago and within a week of applying the herbs and sprays (made at home), I had peach fuzz in areas I never had hair before!! Like actual hair filling in and thickness I NEVER had! I wish I had known these things before! Not one doctor ever said there was a link between my thin hair and deficiencies in the body! Knowledge is POWER!!! 💪🏾

@C J don’t forget the role of genetics! I’ve been sugar and grain free (low carb) for almost 6 years and I have less hair on my head. In fact I’m thinning and can no longer wear my wear out because it looks so thin😕
I do blame this on genetics and leading a stress (my job) life style.

    • @CJ-kn1cj
      @CJ-kn1cj 2 роки тому +10

@@midori4760 yes, if you are stressed and hormones play a role too. I’m sorry to hear that. The things I did worked for me and may not work for everyone. I do know there are foods that causes inflammation. The ones I cut out definitely do. Those things can cause hair follicles to become inflamed and shrink in size, which will decrease the volume of the hair follicle. I had a food allergy test done and the things I cut out I was allergic to. Also I added ashwaganda, chamomile tea, matcha green tea into my lifestyle to help mitigate stress. I also started journaling, and stretching. Those things help minimize the production of cortisol which can and will also thin the hair. This is a journey and we have to follow the path that’s works for us. I hope you find what works for you.

My hair was shedding really bad as well as my eczema flaring all the time. Which prompted me to make my own body butters, learning natural hair treatments, changing my diet to vegan bcuz my body wasn't accepting meats anymore making me sick, and learning herbs, flowers, teas and natural supplements. Vegan is gonna hurt you bad in the long run. You need meat and animal fat. Plant oxalates are what’s gonna harm you. Plant oils, inferior plant proteins.. I like dr berg. But the amount of plants he advocates is harmful. We are human beings. Plants can’t help us regenerate and thrive. Only biologically matching things can do that - which is animal fats and meat.

My skin and hair are thriving, asthma and weight are controlled, less migraines and my allergies/sinuses are better. My body gave up meat for me because I was eating much healthier. Dr. Sebi teachings helped so much when I wasn't able to eat meat any more and not knowing what to do, then changing to vegan. I don't need meat to thrive. Research is key, I'm much healthier and happier.

To your question if I incorporate sage; I haven't tried it for my hair, but I know that various essential oils, especially rosemary oil, are excellent for follicle stimulation. Usually, the essential oils should be buffered by a carrier oil like olive, avocado, etc., since the essential oils are volatile and quite potent.

Here's the important thing that Dr Berg didn't mention (because he's keto), carbs are very important for maintaining hair (not just protein).. Hair is a non-essential item, and without proper macros, its growth stagnates. Keto has greatly accelerated hair loss for me.. I was able to get much (but not all) return after resuming carbs.. I think if you go too long without carbs the follicles miniaturize to a point that it dies off and then hair will never grow back, even after resuming the carbs. I've learned my lesson and learned not to go too aggressive with Keto and to take breaks from it often.. Perhaps I'm doing more of a carb cycling protocol vs Keto now.

    • @curlyq690

It was the reverse for me. My hair is now past my shoulders which it NEVER has been AND also all those carbs do nothing but turn to sugar which in turn raises glucose levels which in turn turn into diabetes after a while. I know because they was me. But do you if that’s what you gotta do or eat, do it! Cheers!

You can get carbs from fruits and vegetables. Processed carbs do nothing for you. Could it be you weren’t consuming enough leafy greens?
Also a lot of people do too much protein on Keto. That can increase inflammation. Keto should be mostly healthy fats. Not too much protein and meats.
Some people confuse keto with carnivore and eat waaaay too much protein. You need lots of avocados, salmon, olive oil. Healthy fats over protein.

Hello Dr. Berg! Which age category are you aiming for, with the topic about thicker hair? Can your tip help, women AFTER the Menopause?
In fact it would interest me to know which age groups your videos are for?
Perhaps you could stipulate this in the future? Or what the over 50's, or 60 's can expect from your advices?
I find your explanations about the reasons for the illnesses etc. fantastic! I am only overwhelmed over the @s I keep getting, about your products. I try to read the other mails, but I haven't succeeded in reading all of them-sorry! Regards M

I believe most of my hair loss is due to poor diet. I crave sugar so much and eat a lot of it and barely any meat or veggies (consistently). I really want to change this. PCOS is going crazy I'm growing hella chest and beard hair.

@Chalsey Wilder - I was in the same situation as you. I prayed God would change me and help me be healthier. It’s taken a few years to “turn the ship around”, but I’ve gone 180 degree change and feel so much better! Extra bonus….I lost 40lbs. Praise God!!! 🙌🏾💕 Here’s a really good book I’d recommend: The Natural Diet Solution for PCOS and Infertility:...
by Nancy Dunne and Bill Slater. I researched for 30 years and this book is the best one out there with solutions that work.

If you crave a lot of sugar, your body needs more fruit! Start your day off with fresh organic fruits. Dates are amazing, especially too satisfy your sugar cravings. Mangoes, bananas, pineapple, Citrus fruits, watermelon, you name it! Then in the afternoon and evening have veggies, both salads and steamed veggies. Your PCOS will improve greatly 🙏🏿❤

That’s what alot of people don’t understand about stress. I went through a horrible shed in 2017. I went to every doctor and they all said I was fine. I was living on the Oregon coast and went through a very dark autumn and Winter. The only thing I could do was baby my hair and not stress out as much. With very long hair tangles we’re a huge problem. I ordered the RetroRich leave in and that helped dramatically. I also used the hair growth oils and gently used a hair pick to go around my scalp. I drank green smoothies and listened to subliminal messages on UA-cam channels to relax and promote mindfulness. Of course the pandemic happened but I already had so many good practices in place. My shedding completely stopped late 2018 but dang my hair was sparse around the back and by my ears. I have incorporated other techniques from channels like this ect. And it’s making a full comeback. I did have to cut off 6 inches last year but it’s past the middle of my back now without being stretched. I hope this post helps someone and to let you know you’re not alone!🫶🏽

Hi, after reading many comments I think people do not realize that having the title Dr does not mean automatically that you are a physician you could be a Dr in history. But I understand why in that case it could be confusing because of the topicS he talks about. And although he talks about EVERY type of health issues with certitude ( which would be weird from a physician as they all have their own specialty) he has not studied medecine and he is not a physician so don't take everything single thing he says as backed up by science or medecine because one "Dr" on UA-cam said so. Take the time to see actual physicians who are specialized and experiened ( years of studying, research, peer reviews publications with good or bad criticism, real experience with real humans from other medical staff to real patients) in the topic that concerns you
