Nice list Carlos. My favorite low proof bourbons are Tin Cup 10 / 14, Redwood Empire Pipe Dream and Lost Monarch, Buffalo Trace and Weller Special Reserve. 🥃
My list would include Larceny Small Batch, Redwood Empire Pipe Dream, Old Fitzgerald 100 and 1910, JD Single Barrel(black label), and Frey Ranch
Redwood Empire makes some good stuff for 3 5 bucks a bottle . 1783 American heroes edition analis goes on cheers Carlos

Eagle Rare is the bottle I keep replacing
Good list, Carlos. I think the barrel picks of Woodford Double Oaked are some of the most undervalued sub-100pf bottles on the market today. We just got ours over at Winthrop, and it's top notch. Maple, vanilla, and cinnamon, like a bourbon French toast. I've never been upset with any store's barrel pick, though! I'm just glad you called that bottle out.

Kinda funny as the last 2 weeks I have been having a lot of high proof and near hazy mat pours.
Normally I just have an Irish that is under 100 proof or a Scotch single malt. But today felt like a bourbon but wanted low proof so went with Benchmark 8. The 8 gets a lot of hate but I think it is a nice low proof easy mellow sipper.

What about Maker's Mark 46, Green River, Jim Bean 7 yr, or Evan Williams 1783, Buffalo Trace, Ancient Ancient Age 10 stars, Frey Ranch? I would provable add a few of these to the list.
My bottle of Michters died last week and I don't know when I'll get another. It's not readily available on Bama shelves. I'm gonna be hunting for some low proofs in the next couple of trips. Mine right now is Blue Note Juke Joint.
Where do you find Ironroot. I've been trying to get a bottle. Great choices🎉🎉
