It takes more faith to believe that we were born from a single celled amoeba that crawled out of the ocean and sprouted legs and arms and evolved into monkeys and then humans to believe that takes fantastic faith so if you have that kind of faith why not simply believe in the Lord that there is a being That made us and here’s the proof,…we think, we hear, we see, we reason, ..science doesn’t even know how our nervous system works it is so complicated this just did not happen it was obviously designed it’s so easy to understand that there is a God we are merely human we don’t have the ability to understand so deeply we just simply don’t have that ability. Because we’re merely human. We are 85% water!!! that in itself screams a miracle and an intelligent designer. Yeah it's the ones who ganged up and bullied me for no reason and got pleasure out of it...they're the ones who are hard to forgive..they caused so much pain day in and day out and enjoyed doing so. I personally don't want to take revenge on them but it's hard not to want to see them live through the pain they repeatedly put me through, for which they had no remorse but took actual glee from it. What helps me is knowing how much I need God's forgiveness. I will forgive them but it doesn't seem right to me that they get away scotfree when they are not even sorry. If I'm being honest, I want God to repay them for what they did to me, I want them to experience the pain, intense dread and anxiety and powerlessness they made me feel. More than that though, I don't want God to be displeased with me. It just feels like no justice was done.

Very true words - addiction is a physical but also a spiritual condition and I believe it takes a divine intervention from God to truly change someone. As far as revenge, there is nothing I can do to people who hurt me that can even come close to how God can handle them. As I always say, God is my shot caller and He has my back, I can rest assured of this.

I was raised Christian & am trying to live a good life but recently my Michael (only son 18 just had a D1 scholarship for football 3.6 GPA) was in a car at a red light got rear ended by a dui driver going 110 mph according to the police report. Ejected & died 3 days later. I have 3 younger girls also & were all devestated. Guy had a susp license too. Having to tell them this broke me even further. He got out of the accident fine & walked away with no injuries. But my innocent, beautiful son didn't. To say this is testing my faith is a understatement. He lives 15 mins from me I could easily take him out with my training I've had. I have to leave this at the lords feet & trust his promises that he is the righteous judge. But it's the hardest thing I've ever had to do by far. Thank you for your videos, & please anyone who reads this keep us in your prayers please. We desperately need them.

Mr. Franzese, it is currently 16:19 where i am located at the time of my writing. Something awful had befallen one of my loved ones some time ago. I hadn't been able to shake it off. And today, untill about an hour or two ago, i was contemplating my revenge at the same time questioning myself. But the desire was strong. Being a believer i turned to the good book to calm my senses. And as soon as i went on youtube about 10 minutes ago, this video was at the very top on the front page. I'm not religious although I was brought up catholic ,although since I discovered your channel I'm leaning more towards Christianity and that's because of the words of wisdom you've been giving. Michael I don't mean to put the Catholic church down but all the things that have come out over the years with regards to child abuse , the Catholic church has taken a hit. This was a great message,I have a bit of a temper and as soon as I get mad I wanna. Spit venom and then there's a voice that whispers to me "vengeance is mine"sometimes I don't hear it til after I've said what I've said,but im glad I hear that whisper cuz I know it's coming from the Lord.asking for forgiveness is really humbling and I have to ask the Lord for forgiveness often but I know he hears me.

I’m not a religious person at all, but I find your material to be very grounding emotionally. I struggle at times with a LOT of negative thinking, none of which does any good for me. I woke up pissed off today and irritable for no discernible reason at all and thought that it was going to be one of those bad days. Sometimes all I need to check myself for the day is nothing more than a short video. Others will criticize you forever about being mobbed up or in it for the money. Blah, blah, blah. one thing I've learned about forgiving a truly evil person, is that you can forgive, but you shouldn't forget how evil or malicious the person is. you can never trust them again, and leave yourself open to be victimized by this person again, and then have to struggle to forgive them again. It's like something I heard you say once "I didn't have a lobotomy when I turned myself over to Christ."

I think the passage means that when the evil die they will be punished by God. We can only try to retain our faith and I think that we should forgive but know that all evil people will be punished after death by God. Yes, I know it's hard for us to do that. I want to believe that God loves His people who are devoted to Him and He is angry at the evil people who've hurt and damaged us.

This video hit hard. I'm a 50 year old felon raising a 16 year old boy, had custody sense he was 3. I grew up in a extremely dysfunctional family and never knew my real father. I was in and out of a lot of petty trouble until I joined the Marines, there I beat a DEA rap. Once I got out I had no direction, over the top arrogant and extremely nihilistic this lead me right back to the streets. My best friend turned informant and set me up. I pleaded my case down to 2 years house arrest and 2 years probation. 6 months in a violated and was locked up for a couple of months. Just before I went in I found out I was gonna be a father and just like the rest of my cliche life I thought I found Jesus inside but a big part of me was reluctant. My son was born and I did my time trying to make my life work but everyone including my son's mother turned thier back on me and I lost everything. I had no family, no friends, no job, no money and no where to live. One night I found myself sitting in my truck alone at a truck stop in the middle of a bad storm with a knife at my wrist crying but I couldn't do it. I couldn't leave my son so I picked myself up and started out at the bottom working shit job after shit job and finally landed a union job just in time to take my ex to court for custody of my son. Her new baby daddy shot at her and it was a rather easy case to win. The whole time I'm telling myself I'm good, I'm fixed and I was gonna live happily ever after. I was wrong, I hadn't changed. I had been lying to myself for years and when I found another long term relationship reality hit me in the face. That ended with me finding her sitting in blood and broken glass cutting herself. I cleaned her up and lost my mind. My union job was gone and I ended up working construction for pennies with a small company that looked down on me and treated me like trash. At this time I agreed with them, I didn't like myself and believed I deserved my trash life. The whole time this is going on I'm still raising my son and dealing with his all but absent mother and her new abusive husband. This guy couldn't have kids and tried to be an overly strict father to my son and his little brother. This man severely beat my son's mother repeatedly as well as attacking members of her family for 10 years, only the female members. Two years ago this turd of a human got drunk and attacked my son. He wrapped his hand around my at the time 14 years son's neck and tried to kill him. His mother and 11 year old brother jumped in and all three fled their home bare foot and no coats in February in fear of their lives. He turned himself in, lawyered up and bargained a 26 week anger management sentence and a two year protection order. My son was never interviewed and I wasn't even contacted even though I'm the one that pressed the charges. His mother came to court with her husband and sat against her own son for the protection order and is still with him, still getting beat. I have two weeks and the protection order is up and my son says he wants to go spend time with his mother and brother. I know what's coming, I think we all do. I've carried so much anger and hatred all my life but when I saw what I caused my ex to do I knew I had to change and this time genuinely wanted to but how to let this go??? How do I forgive like Jesus says to do. I've spent everyday for 2 years hating this maggot and can't stop. My son deserves better but Micheal I'm not the better person. I am lost and see no way to avoid this, I see no light ahead and that scares me...

Mr. Franzese, it is currently 16:19 where i am located at the time of my writing. Something awful had befallen one of my loved ones some time ago. I hadn't been able to shake it off. And today, untill about an hour or two ago, i was contemplating my revenge at the same time questioning myself. But the desire was strong. Being a believer i turned to the good book to calm my senses. And as soon as i went on youtube about 10 minutes ago, this video was at the very top on the front page. Not sure what else i can say here but thank you. It is truly miracioulus sometimes how things work. We have to look out for the messengers and it seems you are one of them. God bless you.

I'm not religious although I was brought up catholic ,although since I discovered your channel I'm leaning more towards Christianity and that's because of the words of wisdom you've been giving. Michael I don't mean to put the Catholic church down but all the things that have come out over the years with regards to child abuse , the Catholic church has taken a hit. A lot of Catholics that I know are turning towards the Christian way of life. Michael, thank you . I also know that not all Catholic priests are bad , but the one's that are destroying the Catholic religion. On judgment day those priests that have committed these disgusting acts in the name of the Lord , will definitely burn in hell ,for eternity Thanks again Michael. This was a great message,I have a bit of a temper and as soon as I get mad I wanna. Spit venom and then there's a voice that whispers to me "vengeance is mine"sometimes I don't hear it til after I've said what I've said,but im glad I hear that whisper cuz I know it's coming from the Lord.asking for forgiveness is really humbling and I have to ask the Lord for forgiveness often but I know he hears me.

You probably hear this at least a hundred times a day, but thanks Michael for your content and your message. I’m not a religious person at all, but I find your material to be very grounding emotionally. I struggle at times with a LOT of negative thinking, none of which does any good for me. I woke up pissed off today and irritable for no discernible reason at all and thought that it was going to be one of those bad days. Sometimes all I need to check myself for the day is nothing more than a short video. Others will criticize you forever about being mobbed up or in it for the money. Blah, blah, blah. Keep doing what you do, because you’re good at it. Take care of yourself.

one thing I've learned about forgiving a truly evil person, is that you can forgive, but you shouldn't forget how evil or malicious the person is. you can never trust them again, and leave yourself open to be victimized by this person again, and then have to struggle to forgive them again.

I think the passage means that when the evil die they will be punished by God. We can only try to retain our faith and I think that we should forgive but know that all evil people will be punished after death by God.
Yes, I know it's hard for us to do that. I want to believe that God loves His people who are devoted to Him and He is angry at the evil people who've hurt and damaged us.

This video hit hard. I'm a 50 year old felon raising a 16 year old boy, had custody sense he was 3. I grew up in a extremely dysfunctional family and never knew my real father. I was in and out of a lot of petty trouble until I joined the Marines, there I beat a DEA rap. Once I got out I had no direction, over the top arrogant and extremely nihilistic this lead me right back to the streets. My best friend turned informant and set me up. I pleaded my case down to 2 years house arrest and 2 years probation. 6 months in a violated and was locked up for a couple of months. Just before I went in I found out I was gonna be a father and just like the rest of my cliche life I thought I found Jesus inside but a big part of me was reluctant. My son was born and I did my time trying to make my life work but everyone including my son's mother turned thier back on me and I lost everything. I had no family, no friends, no job, no money and no where to live. One night I found myself sitting in my truck alone at a truck stop in the middle of a bad storm with a knife at my wrist crying but I couldn't do it. I couldn't leave my son so I picked myself up and started out at the bottom working shit job after shit job and finally landed a union job just in time to take my ex to court for custody of my son. Her new baby daddy shot at her and it was a rather easy case to win. The whole time I'm telling myself I'm good, I'm fixed and I was gonna live happily ever after. I was wrong, I hadn't changed. I had been lying to myself for years and when I found another long term relationship reality hit me in the face. That ended with me finding her sitting in blood and broken glass cutting herself. I cleaned her up and lost my mind. My union job was gone and I ended up working construction for pennies with a small company that looked down on me and treated me like trash. At this time I agreed with them, I didn't like myself and believed I deserved my trash life. The whole time this is going on I'm still raising my son and dealing with his all but absent mother and her new abusive husband. This guy couldn't have kids and tried to be an overly strict father to my son and his little brother. This man severely beat my son's mother repeatedly as well as attacking members of her family for 10 years, only the female members. Two years ago this turd of a human got drunk and attacked my son. He wrapped his hand around my at the time 14 years son's neck and tried to kill him. His mother and 11 year old brother jumped in and all three fled their home bare foot and no coats in February in fear of their lives. He turned himself in, lawyered up and bargained a 26 week anger management sentence and a two year protection order. My son was never interviewed and I wasn't even contacted even though I'm the one that pressed the charges. His mother came to court with her husband and sat against her own son for the protection order and is still with him, still getting beat. I have two weeks and the protection order is up and my son says he wants to go spend time with his mother and brother. I know what's coming, I think we all do. I've carried so much anger and hatred all my life but when I saw what I caused my ex to do I knew I had to change and this time genuinely wanted to but how to let this go??? How do I forgive like Jesus says to do. I've spent everyday for 2 years hating this maggot and can't stop. My son deserves better but Micheal I'm not the better person. I am lost and see no way to avoid this, I see no light ahead and that scares me...
