So, this game doesnt really explain this, so I'm gonna explain this: Green Arrow in Injustice universe is dead. The Green Arrow you saw in this game is from another Earth. Black Canary on other hand IS from Injustice Earth. Under previous video I explained that Harley became close friends with Green Arrow and Canary, but it was short-lived because Superman killed Green Arrow and Black Canary was sent to another Earth by Doctor Fate. So basically, in this game Doctor Fate brough Canary back to Injustice Earth and she brought Green Arrow and their kid along her. And no, this game's Green Arrow is not the same one that was in Injustice 1. Also, it seems you forgot that Damien was on Superman's side in Injsutice 1, but I guess it's because he was there as Nightwing. Other expalinations will come as I will watch more of this video.
fun fact about this game if you fight robin as batman in this game theres a special dialogue that you can get where they mention about how he killed nightwing on accident and we saw batman cry

@@Junweitrustnobody1403 I don't simp for Injustice Wonder Woman. Also Joker is dead, but Superman, Wonder Woman, Cyborg and Damian Al Ghul are too stupid for refuse to let go of the past.
Reverse Flash is an alternate costume of regular Flash, different voice lines and UI and all. Technically not a unique character slot, but it is genuinely Reverse Flash.
Firestorm is heavily underrated. He's a superhero that can manipulate and change the molecular composition of anything. Plus the characters are great. I personally prefer the dynamic between Ronnie Raymond and Martin Stein, but Martin Stein and Jason Rusch are also a good combo. Also, in the comics, Killer Frost is a Firestorm villain. She's like his Catwoman
Fun fact: Atrocitus is voiced by Ike Amadi, who also voices Shao Kahn in Mortal Kombat 11, and as General Shao in Mortal Kombat 1! His voice really gives a great menacing and dark vibe! I personally love it!
36:48 "The Brave and the Bold" was a line of comics that usually involved Batman teaming up with a different superhero. So Black Canary and Green Arrow doing a mission for Batman, is why this mission is called The Brave and the Bold.
There is a lot of Green Lantern lore if you want to look into him. There are a bunch of different colored rings besides Green, Yellow, and Red. Those are Will, Fear, and Anger, respectively. Then there is Hope (Blue), Compassion (Indigo), Greed (Orange), Love (Pink), Life (White), and even Death (Black).
33:46 Black Canary is probably the physically sexiest DC Female Hero. But what I love about her is her romantic relationship with Green arrow and Sisterly relationship with Batman. And She is one of the Best hand to hand fighters in the entire DC universe.
First time seeing superman or batman turn evil is always tricky. For me the most trippy was that time batman combined the batmobile with the cosmic treadmill, strapped the flash to it, and merged with him to become the villain red death.
In DC Comics, Black Canary is a prominent superheroine with a long-standing legacy. The mantle of Black Canary has been held by two main characters. The original Black Canary, Dinah Drake, debuted in "Flash Comics" #86 in 1947. She was known for her exceptional martial arts skills and hand-to-hand combat abilities, fighting crime without any superpowers. Later, her daughter, Dinah Laurel Lance, took over the Black Canary identity in the 1960s. Unlike her mother, Dinah Laurel Lance possesses a unique superpower called the "Canary Cry," a powerful sonic scream capable of shattering objects and incapacitating enemies. In addition to her superpower, she is also a highly skilled martial artist. Black Canary is closely associated with the Justice League and the Birds of Prey and is well-known for her romantic relationship with Green Arrow (Oliver Queen). Celebrated for her strength, independence, and combat prowess, Black Canary remains an enduring and beloved figure in the DC Universe.
Several Characters have alternate skins that turn them in to different characters. Flash: Reverse Flash and Jay Garrick Captain Cold: Mr Freeze Raiden: Black Lightning Cheetah: Vixen Batman: Bruce Wayne Superman: Bizzaro Supergirl: Power Girl Green Lantern: John Stewart Cyborg: Grid
The scene in the prison where Kara and Bruce first meet? It’s a room full of mostly superhumans and godlike beings, and the Bat commands such respect even from his enemies when he enters. Crazy.
56:10 There are a lot of references in the dialogue here. "Just Business" - because Deadshot Only does things for payment. "You couldn't resist a good Crisis" - almost every major event in DC Comics has " *Crisis* " in the name of the event. "And miss the return of Barry Allen" - Barry Allen died many years ago in a major comic book event. And stayed dead for a long time, One of the longest characters to stay dead. So it was a big deal when he returned.
I watched the Blue Beetle movie thinking it was going to be kinda bad but I was extremely wrong. It’s underrated and as an Hispanic myself that movie felt so relatable to me and I wish it had done better in the box office.
1:06:51 There's a whole rainbow of lantern corpses, plus Black, White and some others. Each corpse has it's own emotion. Red - Rage Orange - Greed Yellow - Fear Green - Willpower Blue - Hope Indigo - Compassion Violet/Star Sapphires - Love White - Life Black - Death (Zombies) Ultraviolet - Negative/Shame Golden - Positive/Joy Phantom - Pride(?)
I remember watching the green lantern animated 3d show with my dad while it was on netflix years ago. It was really good. It introduced us to the red lanterns, blue lanterns, pink lanterns, and orange lantern!
In these games there are cosmetics called “premier skins” which Grid and Reverse Flash are premier skins for Cyborg and Flash, not entirely new characters. The only difference is their design, voice actor and character dialogue. There’s a handful more in the game that aren’t in the story like a Bizarro skin for Superman, Powergirl for Supergirl, and John Stewart for green Lantern. Hopefully when they eventually get around to Injustice 3 they’ll do a lot more with them because it’s a great way of adding characters who are too much alike to make a whole new playable character. Cassie Sandsmark, and Donna Troy would be good skins for Wonder Woman, Superboy for Superman, and maybe some alternate versions of the same characters like Gotham by Gaslight Batman or Red Son Superman.
You know I have to wonder, we can logically assume that wonder woman killed a scarecrow here (and I’m just going to ignore the fact scarecrow is supposed to be dead since he died in the comics since even the comics brought him back without explaining what happened to him) but did wonder woman also kill reverse flash and captain cold or did they get away while she was busy dealing with the fear toxin? Or were they Even there to begin with? It’s possible they might just be fear toxin hallucinations as well
54:03 Captain Cold's sister is a supervillain called "The Golden Glider." I don't know much about her but she often teamed up with her brother and his friends Heatwave, Mirror Master, and Weather Wizard, and Captain Boomerang (to name a few) as a group called "The Rogues." The Rogues were in the beginning of the Flashpoint movie
I grew up collecting comics and got my dads old ones from the 90s and 80s and kinda fell out of love with it but your channel has brought me back and made me realize how much I love this stuff
@@seanibarra-loredo7290 the funny thing here is that I do know that fact, but for some reason it went over my head while writing it, you're completely right, Jared Leto's Joker design was just the worst
For Green Lantern content, watch the animated movies Green Lantern: First Flight and Green Lantern: Emerald Knights. After that watch Green Lantern: The Animated Series.
Green Lantern's characters is very interesting too, but The live action movie with Ryan Renolds did his character dirty and made everyone think Green Lantern is not interesting
I highly recommend you watch the TV show "Young Justice." It's the greatest DC animated show ever made, and even though it's mainly about the sidekicks, it revolves around the greater DC Universe and tells you everything about everyone while also streamlining complicated continuity. Also check out the TV show "Green Lantern: The Animated Series"
Apparently, there was a non canon crossover comic series with the Injustice series and He Man series. And the story takes place after Superman's ending
DLC Characters for Injustice 1 that we don’t see in the story include: Batgirl, Martian Manhunter (Founding Justice League Member) General Zod (superman villain, expect to see him in zack snyder’s man of steel), Scorpion from Mortal Kombat, Lobo (another Superman villain) Zatanna (Justice League member who’s whole thing is magic) Injustice 2 DLC Characters Include: Darkseid, Red Hood, Starfire, Sub-Zero from MK, Hellboy (indie comic character) (DC’s ant-man), Black Manta (aquaman’s main villain), and Raiden from MK. Fighter pack 3 is where it gets absolutely insane. The atom (ant man of DC) and enchantress (suicide squad character) are included but Netherrealm also added in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles which was awesome
2:44:10 The Phantom Zone is a dimensional prison that the Krytonians used to send their worst criminals to. This is also where Superman sent Doomsday in Injustice 1.
The Phantom Zone is a boundless realm that is beyond dimensions. It is a dimensionist dimension between being and nothingness and reside within the sphere of god's or the god's sphere describe as multiple times as platonic archetypal world. Whcmich contains the bleed that contains all the dimensions.
Swamp Thing is an amazing character. He's actually getting a live action movie at some point in James Gunn's new DC Cinematic Universe There's a series of videos by a UA-camr named Matt Draper that covers his most iconic comic run. I highly recommend it it in 3 parts, I believe Also, yeah, Green Lantern is absolutely amazing. There's enough lore to them that they can make entire series based on them. I recommend the animated movie Green Lantern: First Flight, and the Green Lantern Animated Series it only got one season but it's really good. Also also, if you want a good representation of Superman and Batman's friendship I recommend the animated movie Superman and Batman Public Enemies.
If you want, you can check out compilations for all super moves for both Injustice games, since you've missed most of them, especially with all the DLC characters.
Even though you got to see many of the supers in these past two videos, it may still be worth it to react to the all the supers as a standalone video as well, considering the stories don't cover the entire cast, nor DLC characters to which there are many for these games. Personally, the thing I love the most about Injustice 2 conceptually are Premiere Skins, which went beyond normal skins to turn some characters into entirely different existing DC characters, complete with their own unique voice and dialogues. MK11 went on to borrow from this for revenant skins having their own voice and dialogue.
I actually did a recording of the supers for this game before recording this but I uploaded this first but I will rewatch the first games supers and include them in the video
@@blaze3309Oh neat. It was fun to see you kinda open up to other Justice League characters over the course of this video; since this story seems to give them more of an individual spotlight. Actually makes me think you'd really enjoy the movie "Justice League: Doom". It sort of plays around with the same ideas as Injustice, but from a completely different kind of perspective. Gives each league member a somewhat personal touch there too.
To this day I think there is not better story mode of Netherrealm Studios better than Injustice 2, to address some things: 2:45:15 Yeah, that whole conversation between Superman and Batman at the end is to remark that it is too late for Superman and even he knows, Batman also became more paranoid across the years, Brother Eye is the perfect example. 2:58:00 The Batman ending probably, although it is kind of bland and short it gives more space to a eventual return of Superman with other prisoners of the Phantom Zone, which are strong asf, also by that time there is probably going to be a new Justice League with Supergirl and the others. They could took Superman's ending but I doubt it, mainly because for some reason they use it for a comic-crossover with He-Man years ago (don't know why, sounds crazy asf).
You should truly watch all the different tower endings for these injustice games and all of the superpowers to see DLC and etc, there is so much content to see still and I know you'll enjoy them (much more than the base endings of this game aha)
Green Lantern First Flight is a good origin movie of him. You can watch that to get a proper introduction on him. After that there’s a movie called Green Lantern Emerald Knights that tells multiple stories of the Green Lantern cast. It’s some good extra stories of fan favorite Lanterns and it just has some really good fight scenes. One of my favorite DC fights ever is in Emerald Knights. They’re both good watches that I recommend
If you want, you should check out all the super moves and stage transitions from this game and the first one. And they have some Mortal Kombat characters in them too

The way Batman doesn't trust Hal but then immediately says go get Aquaman. At least Hal stopped when given the chance, Aquaman tried to kill the good Superman. Also to explain the Red Lanterns, there are 7 main Lantern Corps in DC powered by emotion, these are Red rage, Orange greed with only one member, Yellow fear, Green will, Blue hope, Indigo compassion, and Violet love. There is also a White Lantern Corp powered by life which is the strongest and a Black Lantern Corp powered by death. It gets much more complicated but that is the basics of it.
This game had skins that changed certain characters into other complete other characters with similar powers so different names with the same moves. Flash had a Reverse Flash skin and a Jay Garrick Flash skin. Idk if you know him yet but he was the first Flash. Older guy who wore this red sweater with a lighting bolt and a war helmet with wings on the ears. You’d probably have fun with The Flash show for the first few seasons at least lol. Green Lantern also got a John Stewart skin
General Zod is a formidable antagonist in the DC Comics universe, primarily known for his enmity with Superman. Hailing from the planet Krypton, Zod shares Superman's Kryptonian heritage and possesses similar superhuman abilities, including strength, speed, and flight. However, unlike Superman, Zod is often depicted as a military leader, renowned for his ruthlessness and authoritarian demeanor. His relentless pursuit of power and his disdain for Earth's inhabitants make him a formidable adversary for the Man of Steel. Zod's character has been portrayed in various comic book storylines, television series, and films, showcasing his complex and compelling role as one of Superman's most enduring adversaries.
Lots of the characters you mentioned were DLC characters between injustice 1&2. Side note that outside theater stage. If you hit the signs in the background 3xs it says "Finish Him".
Doctor Fate, a mystical superhero in DC Comics, is the alter ego of several characters, with the most notable being Kent Nelson. Created by writer Gardner Fox and artist Howard Sherman, Doctor Fate first appeared in "More Fun Comics" #55 in 1940. Kent Nelson, a young archaeologist, discovered the tomb of the ancient wizard Nabu, who bestowed upon him incredible magical abilities along with a golden helmet, amulet, and cloak. These artifacts transform Nelson into Doctor Fate, granting him vast mystical powers, including spellcasting, flight, and superhuman strength, as well as vast knowledge of the arcane. Doctor Fate operates as a key member of various superhero teams, including the Justice Society of America (JSA) and, at times, the Justice League. His stories often delve into the cosmic and supernatural realms of the DC Universe, tackling threats that lie beyond the capabilities of other heroes. The mantle of Doctor Fate has been passed down to others over the years, including characters like Eric and Linda Strauss, Inza Nelson (Kent’s wife), and more recently, Khalid Nassour, each bringing their unique backgrounds and perspectives to the role while maintaining the mystical legacy of Doctor Fate. Despite the changes in his alter ego, Doctor Fate remains a symbol of wisdom and magical prowess in the DC Universe, often serving as a bridge between the mortal world and the mystical dimensions. His character explores themes of destiny, sacrifice, and the eternal struggle between order and chaos, making him a compelling and enduring figure in comic book lore.
If your interested there is more to the Injustice story in comic book form. There is Injustice Year One to Year Five that cover the five year gap between When you saw Superman kill Joker and the first game. Then you have Injustice Two Comics, which i don't remember (sorry) I'd suggest one of the comic book guys to react or just watch on your own time. I like Comics explained, but there's comicstorian, dopespill, etc. At least do the original Comics as you'll get to see how many characters die, Superman's descent into madness, and the desperation of Batman😊
Swamp Thing is a fictional character in the DC Comics universe, created by writer Len Wein and artist Bernie Wrightson. First appearing in "House of Secrets" #92 in 1971, Swamp Thing is a humanoid/plant elemental creature who emerges from the swamp, embodying the collective consciousness of all plant life on Earth. Initially, the character was Dr. Alec Holland, a scientist working on a bio-restorative formula to solve world hunger. Following an explosion in his lab and exposure to chemicals, Holland is transformed into the Swamp Thing. Over the years, Swamp Thing has evolved from a horror genre character into a complex guardian of the environment, exploring themes of identity, nature, and humanity's impact on the natural world. The character gained further acclaim under the stewardship of writer Alan Moore in the 1980s, who expanded Swamp Thing's mythos and deepened its philosophical undertones.
I think a reason I love injustice so much that you don’t really see in the games is that the biggest reason for superman turning evil was Batman being a bad friend to Clark and pushing him away after Lois died, not being there for him. Btw Batman and superman are best friends and their the best friendship in comics(imo) in case you didn’t know
@@kermitgotthesickkicks4265 completely agree there’s a comic towards the end of injustice when superman’s in jail that flashes back to before everything that went down and you see how close they were and how much they meant to each other and it’s really beautiful
This green arrow is from is from an alternate timeline brought over by Dr.Fate yes he’s pretty much like Dr. Strange a powerful sorcerer. The Injustice universe version of green arrow was ended by Superman during the 5 year gap in the first game. General Zod was kryptons military general and friend to Superman’s father Jor El but General Zod saw the ruling counsel as weak and attempted to overthrow them but failed and got imprisoned and exiled in to another dimension called the phantom zone till escaping and becoming one of Superman’s enemies. He’s pretty brutal and utilitarian in his ways hence the tyrannical similarly.
In DC all of nature is represented by a force the green is all plant life but there are two others forces the red which is all animals on the earth and has a connection to best boy and the blue for all Sea life and acraman has a power over

Starfire is actually not dead. After superman killed joker superboy went to superman to confront him but fight broke out and titans came to save him. I personally prefer the dynamic between Ronnie Raymond and Martin Stein, but Martin Stein and Jason Rusch are also a good combo. Also, in the comics, Killer Frost is a Firestorm villain. She's like his Catwoman
Is there any dc movie with firestorm in it? He seems like such an interesting character
Fun fact: Scarecrow is voiced by Freddy Krueger
In the injustice comic there a part where alfred takes a superpower serum and kicks supermans ass!

"The Brave and the Bold" was a line of comics that usually involved Batman teaming up with a different superhero.
So Black Canary and Green Arrow doing a mission for Batman, is why this mission is called The Brave and the Bold.
He should 100% react to batman the Brave and the bold great show.
Superman should be held accountable for his actions but I think wonder woman fueled the fire and manipulated clark
1:43:20 C. Thomas Howell does the voice of Captain Cold in this game. He was the voice of Reverse Flash in The Flashpoint Paradox
Fun fact, batman had many people who taught him how to be a hero, one of his teachers was canonically santa clause!

Black Canary is probably the physically sexiest DC Female Hero.
She's also a florist
47:50 imagine being a civilian in Gotham, seeing the Batwing emerge from the tunnel. I’d be like “Yeah! Batman’s got this!”
If you want a good Green Lantern recommendation, I suggest the Green Lantern animated series. It's two seasons of pure gas! 🤩
Several Characters have alternate skins that turn them in to different characters.
Flash: Reverse Flash and Jay Garrick
Captain Cold: Mr Freeze
Raiden: Black Lightning
Cheetah: Vixen
Batman: Bruce Wayne
Superman: Bizzaro
Supergirl: Power Girl
Green Lantern: John Stewart
Cyborg: Grid
The scene in the prison where Kara and Bruce first meet? It’s a room full of mostly superhumans and godlike beings, and the Bat commands such respect even from his enemies when he enters. Crazy.
I would highly reccomend watching superman versus the elite. It's a great pallette cleanser after so much injustice.

There are a lot of references in the dialogue here.
Red - Rage
Orange - Greed
Yellow - Fear
Green - Willpower
Blue - Hope
Indigo - Compassion
Violet/Star Sapphires - Love
White - Life
Black - Death (Zombies)
Ultraviolet - Negative/Shame
Golden - Positive/Joy
Phantom - Pride(?)

24:16 not only best friends but they are also lovers ,also in this universe they were even married
38:39 "Now where's that damn dirty ape"
This is an ICONIC quote from the original Planet of the Apes.
Green lantern first flight is the perfect green lantern movie as an introduction to the character.
dw about it, most people absolutely hate this Joker design, I don't know what were they thinking😭
The first Suicide Squad made a lot of money, and since this came out a bit later, they made it look a bit more like Jared Leto's version

Green Lantern: First Flight is such an amazing animated movie
And stay clear of the Ryan movie
Yes
True!
Flash’s suit in this is awesome
Green Lantern's characters is very interesting too, but The live action movie with Ryan Renolds did his character dirty and made everyone think Green Lantern is not interesting

I highly recommend you watch the TV show "Young Justice." It's the greatest DC animated show ever made, and even though it's mainly about the sidekicks, it revolves around the greater DC Universe and tells you everything about everyone while also streamlining complicated continuity. Also check out the TV show "Green Lantern: The Animated Series"
It doesn't really after the majority of time skips in the show's a lot of characters are just there with barley any proper explanation.
@@kermitgotthesickkicks4265 But man! What a beautiful and perfect 1st season the show was 🥲
The code Catwoman used to override Brother Eye when it was targeting Cyborg was LK-4D4. LK (Lin Kuei) 4D4 is Cyrax’s model number in Mortal Kombat
Apparently, there was a non canon crossover comic series with the Injustice series and He Man series. And the story takes place after Superman's ending
DLC Characters for Injustice 1 that we don’t see in the story include: Batgirl, Martian Manhunter (Founding Justice League Member) General Zod (superman villain, expect to see him in zack snyder’s man of steel), Scorpion from Mortal Kombat, Lobo (another Superman villain) Zatanna (Justice League member who’s whole thing is magic)
Injustice 2 DLC Characters Include: Darkseid, Red Hood, Starfire, Sub-Zero from MK, Hellboy (indie comic character) (DC’s ant-man), Black Manta (aquaman’s main villain), and Raiden from MK. Fighter pack 3 is where it gets absolutely insane. The atom (ant man of DC) and enchantress (suicide squad character) are included but Netherrealm also added in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles which was awesome
Suits can be customized with parts you unlock and reverse flash along with John Stuart are alternate skins.
He's actually getting a live action movie at some point in James Gunn's new DC Cinematic Universe
There's a series of videos by a UA-camr named Matt Draper that covers his most iconic comic run. I highly recommend it it in 3 parts, I believe
Also, yeah, Green Lantern is absolutely amazing.
To this day I think there is not better story mode of Netherrealm Studios better than Injustice 2, to address some things:
2:45:15 Yeah, that whole conversation between Superman and Batman at the end is to remark that it is too late for Superman and even he knows, Batman also became more paranoid across the years, Brother Eye is the perfect example.
Comics are always crazy the he man crossover sounds wild. I heard about years ago still sounds wild to me.
Why does captain Cold have the same voice actor as Reverse Flash in Flashpoint Paradox when he could have easily voiced Reverse Flash in the game.
Wait your actually asking the real questions da fuq. Missed opportunity switch the va's around fr.
if you want a movie with a far more friendly dynamic try "batman superman: public enemies" its one of my favorite for there friendship.

1:21:10 yes, Khary Payton, he voices Cyborg in a lot of media.
