CarPro, what's the life expectancy of 2 coats of CQ Lite with a Gliss topper if corrected properly and washed weekly with Reset and a monthly Reload? Thanks in advance!
I installed 1 layer of uk 3.0 then I'll add the second layer today. My question is I got gliss also. So should I apply the reload that comes with the package over the second coat of uk 3.0 or wait 4 hours, then put on the gliss and then cover that with the reload? What is the reload exactly for?
My assumption is that this vehicle was coated with a C-Quartz product prior to this application? Only reason I am assuming that is because the physical application of the product isn't as smooth as putting a ceramic coat on. Basically the product binds together, somewhat like water will bind when beading, resulting in the application not being as smooth or covering as evenly as a C-Quartz product. So I'd assume the "work in" time or number of crosses should be more to really ensure even coverage of the surface? Just wanted to clarify if that's needed. Final result looks amazing.
Ronald pitz no, this specific car there was no coating under, gliss is really simple as it look here in the video, if your car is freshly coated, just wait 4 hours or more and you can as it looks here.

Tilan123 you can do some more gliss layers, but no need reload on top of it

KimberCustom21911 better apply cquartz first and after the Gliss.
Gliss is said to last 12 months thus I would and have applied it to my vehicle over top of the existing ceramic coating.
What about Gliss over Finest Reserve? Do we get the same results, or FR doesn´t need Gliss? Is the same method of application?
Marcos Eusebio yes works good too, wait 24h after FR to apply, but in first months the car is coated it's not needed, the finest is good enough.
Can gliss be used on a windshield?
Not really, it can do hazy film on the glass

Yes no problem, even better to do it that way
