Yes Jeff absolutely, u can download from this clip, I also have a short clip of our conversation when u came over to see if I filmed your fall, if u want how do I get it to you?
Hi, Thank you for your comment, No, I haven't made it to Lake Gairdner but I did spend some time on Lake Lefroy when Bob Sharp was aiming for a world speed record on his twin engined triumph, and also competed in some motorcycle endurance races there also. Edventure547
@@EdVenture547 you’ll like lake Gairdner it’s an awesome place to hang out.. the atmosphere is like being surrounded by mates. They let me charge my electric wheelchair off there genset n made me a coffee everyday. Everyone went above n beyond for eachother, the comradery was like nothing else. They gave me a pit pass that turned out to be a joke, yoh can walk through n talk to everyone. The drivers come over to talk n you’ll see the team pick up the slack. I’ll be heading to red dust revival next year for my inaugural race hahaha I’ll see ya there… A couple vehicles I saw in your video were at the salt flat this year setting records it’s insane to see em at ya track haha there really are crazy 😜
@@EdVenture547 I grew up in eudunda watching the 24 hour and going to robertstown for the 2 day. On Easter Monday I raced my wr450f at Morgan mx track on prosthetic legs hahaha I’m building the bike for the finke dessert race. It’s getting hand controls fitted today.. Easter Monday was mental being in race mode n issues shifting gears with my prosthetic foot.. I hit a high voltage powerline with a scissor lift and earthed out 19,000 volts 3 times through my feet. I was 30 at the time my whole life ahead of me. Today I’m nearly 35 and still have my whole life ahead of me….
