- Swell with huge waves hits Boca do Inferno in Cascais, Portugal. It was considered the biggest waves of the year. Strong waves due to Doris storm, in 2017 winter.
Surfers did tow-in surfing.

I truly believe what you say! Portugal 🇵🇹 is very expensive. I live in the USA and ordering something from Lisbon, Portugal is expensive.

Heading to Nazaré on Sunday then down the coast back to Lisbon over a week. Do you have any tips for hiking in that area? Of course we're going to look for some big wave action as well. Hi Katy, that sounds a great plan!! yes, you can find some decent trails on the way there. Check out the coastline between Eiriceira and Cabo da Roca, it's beautiful. And Sintra for nice forests :)

@@RobNevesAs an Aussie I've been so impressed with Portugal. It's a short flight from where I live. The coast is beautiful. I love Zambujeira do Mar, Arrifana, Bordeira but especially Zavial...the surf beaches. And doing more of the Rota Vincentina is on the list for a future visit. The Algarve reminds me so much of Victoria, where I come from. You can have Australia and its right wing government and I'll take Portugal 😂
