I wonder how people get selected to study in the US or otherwise when their communication skills are NOT at all upto the standard. I wonder how the companies in India recruit people to work if he/she's communication skills are questionable. I guess all companies in India and abroad, see only one aspect :- knolwledge based on qualification doesn't matter if he/she is a DUMBO in communication.
At my point communication matters when they are about to explain something if one have ability to work and another one with good communication. One will pick the guy with ability of work.

Well, there's also another aspect to be considered. Majority of the seats in US Universities are filled by either Chinese or Indians. Now, China understood the effects of brain drain on their country and started to implement schemes to make their young population stay in their country. Secondly, Americans aren't like us they prefer to study less but have a quality education. So most probably they won't be taking up masters. So, just go and look at any university in US you'll see almost 75% of the class is filled by Indians. So,It doesnt matter whether its US or India enrollment percentage does matter
