Now THAT is a beautifully restored Gt750. I’m 95% done on my “M” and I thought mine was pretty neat and almost exceptional ( as it should be after almost 4years and beaucoup bucks) : but that one is another level on mine. You do great work. Well done.
They never looked that good in the showroom back in 1977! truly stunning work, couldn't afford one then so went for a GT500. Now bought a good used GT500 would love to see it restored back to new from factory look.
Stunning! Better than when new! (As others have already commented). That rock solid 1000 rpm idle was a lovely sound. Having accomplished this, what can you possibly do for an encore? What does the future hold for this bike? Museum, personal collection, auction house…?
Loved all the video's that you have done... Brilliant. If you are looking to do one more video then recommendations on tools, automotive sealants/fluids and approximate costing for works done etc. I am having trouble with my detent which I removed and when replaced and nipped up the gears wont select. on the FB forum at the moment. If all fails it will be a full engine strip for me and I will certainly be using these as a reference.
Hi Bill I don't cut any corners on my rebuilds if it isn't 100% correct it doesn't go on the bike which means the bike becomes expensive, which tends to put some people off !
The exhaust is that Delkevic repro ? I just baught a B model, and I am curious about the Delkevic exact kopies of the original GT 750 exhaust pipes - even with the correct stamps...
@@suzukigt750idiot Yes, that's right. But not everybody believes they work. One owner complained of a loss of power at lower revs and a corrupted pick-up from idle. He pulled the carbs and removed the jets. I'd sooner have the surging than a loss of low end torque. At least I can squeeze the clutch on the over-run. Suzuki should never have released the CV carb' models with that error.
I just bumble around in my garage and 6 weeks later it looks like that ! I do all the work myself apart from the zinc, chrome, paint, rebore and crank rebuild so it doesn't cost fortunes People spend LOTS of money getting jobs done by others, I just do it myself
Takes me back to my youth… I always loved the ‘Kettle’… and this example is stunning. Well done sir… 🇬🇧👍

My bikes do go into people's collections, but they do get used on nice sunny days !
What a totally stunning bike.
I owned a bleu gt 750 B back in 1977.
Would give anything to have it back..

@@suzukigt750idiot As a ball park figure what sort of price would something like that cost?
@@billmarsden5363 Find me on Facebook on the GT750 Owners page
@@suzukigt750idiot unfortunately I'm not on Facebook, are you on any of the kettle sites?
@Bill Marsden No sorry only Facebook
Fabulous job. If you don't mind the question how much is spent on a restoration of that quality?
Each bike costs a different amount to build so its hard to estimate
great work
Thankyou
Thankyou
Superb.

Yes they are an exact copy, look and sound great 👍
What a beauty. Does it have overheating issues?
Hi Halim
My bikes don't have over heating issues because I flush the radiators out and fit new waterpumps and make sure the thermostats open correctly
Those CV carbs suffer terribly from kangaroo-hopping on the over-run.
That's called "Surging" which is why I fit and show people how to fit Anti Surge jets !

Was the first owner called Kenneth Lund ?
I have no idea to be honest
Must ,have a lot of money and know how to sort that out?.
