In this introductory video we meet the founder Misti Memphis and some of the members who felt it important to sit down with us and have this discussion about their businesses and support the group!

    Love this video, I've seen her before, her ancestors must have come from the same place in Africa that most Jamaicans have their roots. My family and I are planning an extended vacation in Negril so that we can hang out at some of the featured spots. Great job Ms. Misti, nuff love❤

      ​@@jamaicastorydocumentaryI purposely go out of my way and purchase goods made in Jamaica and stay at establishments owned by Jamaicans when I'm on the island. I hop on a coaster bus and go to the market in any parish I'm in, including Coronation Market. My family thinks I'm insane to go down town Kingston.
      I encouraged my friends to stay in Jamaican owned hotels/bed and breakfast too.

    You got it wrong.The lost of electricity situation happened at the Sangster International airport. Flights ✈️ were being diverted to Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston.
