Rick Butz Puffin Decoy

Adirondack woodcarver Rick Butz shares tales of the Adirondack Mountains as he demonstrates how to carve a wide variety of subjects-some practical and others whimsical-plus many examples of folk art. In this episode Rick carves an old style puffin decoy employed by ornithologists to attract the birds back to nesting sights in order to reestablish their colonies.
