We can try a few things from our end... Try reinstalling the hotstar app. This happens due to lag in the network at times.. If your modem is close to ur TV just try connecting the internet using lan wire.. Just see any of those helps you..

So since you want only for watching movies you can not only go with 80J but also with X8000H.. I know this was launched last year but for movies and OTT this is beats X80J.. We will remove LG out of the competition..Now yoy have to first decide as to where this TV will be placed. If the TV will be placed in a bright room like hall where there are windows and sufficient natural light in the room then Samsung is just waste as it has VA Panel and it has lower brightness.. whereas for such room you can purchase IPS Panel and Sony provides that.. now difference between 2 Sony Models the very brighter panel is from 8000H and not X80J..Further if you are placing the TV in dark room closed one then Samsung will produce deep pure blacks..Further Samsung will have only Tizen Operating system and Sony has Android Operating system.. See what I've done.. I have Sony 8000H and I have bought an home theater system of Sony which is around 12K and it gives a good sound output.. Just understand for playing Dolby Sound even the movie should have inserted Dolby audio.. Normal audio will have no impact on sound.. And we still have less content which has Dolby Atmos.. So display is the 1st choice for anyone.. Ultimately we are going to see the movie.. What if the sound is awesome but picture is dull that will ruin your experience more... So go for good display then secondly sound.. And you will save some money by selecting 8000H so from that you can select a good home theater system to enhance the user experience... This is strange.. Haven't heard of the same.. Do 1 thing from settings just check whether the timer is on or off.. Might be possible that its on by mistake.. And if that is not the case do 1 thing. Whenever it happens record that auto reboot in mobile if possible and call Sony Service Center immediately and ask a technician to visit and check once and don't worry you have made a good purchase.. It might be a very minor software issue it will get sorted out.. But remember to put technician in between so you can get a full proof solution.. Let me know if this was solved or not..

Yes you heard it right.. In some scenes you might see that.. But there are pros and cons of both IPS Panel and VA Panel.. In VA panel you might see good blacks but at the same time you might struggle to see viewing angles as this is the biggest problem of VA panel also the panel is not that bright which is not the case with IPS Panel.. Atleast you get better picture quality as there are less scenes of dark but picture quality matter at the first place..

See bro.. In any electronics field the more u spend and the features go on increasing.. But the point is do we actually need those features.. So since you want only for watching movies you can not only go with 80J but also with X8000H.. I know this was launched last year but for movies and OTT this is beats X80J.. I'll come out with a review between both of these in a couple of days.. But you can choose any 1 of these.. 80J or 80H..Don't go for 90J...save that additional money and a home theater for best experience..

Hey bro.. sorry for delayed response..had to reply to so many friends in detail so it takes time..So talking about your issue dont get confused.. We will remove LG out of the competition..Now yoy have to first decide as to where this TV will be placed. If the TV will be placed in a bright room like hall where there are windows and sufficient natural light in the room then Samsung is just waste as it has VA Panel and it has lower brightness.. whereas for such room you can purchase IPS Panel and Sony provides that.. now difference between 2 Sony Models the very brighter panel is from 8000H and not X80J..Further if you are placing the TV in dark room closed one then Samsung will produce deep pure blacks..Further Samsung will have only Tizen Operating system and Sony has Android Operating system.. Now for Samsung you wont be able to install apps unlike Android so there is a negative point yet again.. Further you can check the comparison between Sony 8000H and Sony X80J on my channel.. Bro never ever buy a 2nd hand product in electronic segment... The person could have mishandled it and there is no surety as to how will it perform and yes you will find 8000H more efficient than 80J there are some updations but very minor ones than 80H..you can go for 80H but pls buy a new one..

Bro you caught it well.. And this is the difference.. We take a TV to watch sound matters but we can later on connect a Home Theater and get nice sound but what matters the most is the picture quality and the brightness of panel.. 80H does win this one.. And yes brightness matters a lot.. Cz we see the picture and Google TV is the other way of competing with MI Patchwall.. Its nothing but the android with higher version.. So you need not worry.. See what I've done.. I have Sony 8000H and I have bought an home theater system of Sony which is around 12K and it gives a good sound output.. Just understand for playing Dolby Sound even the movie should have inserted Dolby audio.. Normal audio will have no impact on sound.. And we still have less content which has Dolby Atmos.. So display is the 1st choice for anyone.. Ultimately we are going to see the movie.. What if the sound is awesome but picture is dull that will ruin your experience more... So go for good display then secondly sound.. And you will save some money by selecting 8000H so from that you can select a good home theater system to enhance the user experience... Hope your confusion is sorted out..

This is strange.. Haven't heard of the same.. Do 1 thing from settings just check whether the timer is on or off.. Might be possible that its on by mistake.. And if that is not the case do 1 thing. Whenever it happens record that auto reboot in mobile if possible and call Sony Service Center immediately and ask a technician to visit and check once and don't worry you have made a good purchase.. It might be a very minor software issue it will get sorted out.. But remember to put technician in between so you can get a full proof solution.. Let me know if this was solved or not..

Yes you heard it right.. In some scenes you might see that.. But there are pros and cons of both IPS Panel and VA Panel.. In VA panel you might see good blacks but at the same time you might struggle to see viewing angles as this is the biggest problem of VA panel also the panel is not that bright which is not the case with IPS Panel.. Atleast you get better picture quality as there are less scenes of dark but picture quality matter at the first place..
