The first time I saw that item, I immediately used it. It did nothing. Then I thought, "Maybe it does something with the enemies" used it, nothing happend, then I used it in golden room cos I remembered someone talking about that active and items and it sold it and it gave me 10. I thought that wad a pretty interesting item that sells other items based on their quality. It was quality 2, so I thought it gave 5 for each quality, and when I used it again on guppy's head... well, that was the moment.
