A band i so want see live.Ive always been into mr Bungle,but i first heard this band when i moved from NZ to Australia in'98'.I think there single 'Renunciaion'had just been released.They played live on an old weekend aussie morning music show, called'RECOVERY'.Sick show...(i wish it was still around),and sick band discovery... Thanks, glad it's appreciated! A work of love of an amazing band/musicians... There's so many live shows with only the poor, peaking sound of the camera, sound was my first focus... because it's great to get to see them, but really, it's about the music. After that, it was a matter of mixing what visuals i managed to grab along the way
Kind of weird to not see Trey on lead, unless I'm greatly mistaken... but awesome that he's giving it over to bring some other incredible musicians up for some of these. One of the best & most ridiculously, eternally underrated bands of ALL time.
Thanks for the video, I'm wondering though what is that fret job on that guitar (the other guy not Trey). Is it set for easier fingering for the phrygian dominant mode or is it a totally different Persian quarter-step kind of a scale?
I don't know the details, but I'm pretty sure that's a new custom-made guitar, first used on this tour (as addition to the existing differently-fretted Junkyard guitar)... Look around for interviews, Spruance has given some info and details on it...

Saw them at Grey Eagle in Asheville on that tour! One of the best shows ever!!!
