So use this whey protein with milk and coffee without sugar.. and you'll love it.. Proper cold coffee feel that too without sugar

I have bought this and it is about to get finished, the taste is really good, mixability is amazing. Recovery is amazing, and I have seen some differences in my arm size as well. Before this last year I used Muscleblaze isolate raw protein , flavour does matter ultimately.

Take my advice :
Spend a month in gym get to know about exercise and diet.
The next month define your goals clearly. Whether they're gaining muscle or losing fat.
If its gaining muscle or losing fat you would need protein both ways.
But unless you don't have a good diet plan whey Protein won't work that well.
Creatine on the other hand is really safe, just drink lots of water throughout your workout and all day.
Yes you can. take both of these together. I do this.

Isolate is basically concentrate that is further purified to filter out fats and carbs so if you’re okay with a crabs and fats, go with concentrate but if you’re on a cut or need to take only protein, go with isolate.
