The current season is 20 eps in, it's really good. So far the adaptation, has been nice. Slight changes as per normal like most adaptations but not bad far as I remember but been awhile since I read it too.

It's worse than I thought! It's a 10 year age difference! She is 15 and he is 25! What is more disturbing is that they made her look like a literal child. This is so off putting.
Se nota que no has visto ninguna pelea del anime, aunque claro, si no eres fan del romance no te va a interesar, ya que ese es el foco principal, pero este arco final si va a tener buenas peleas (basándome en el manga)
