Hey Howard Jones fans! Check out this exclusive interview from 1998 and the fashion, too! ua-cam.com/video/4Xbmoa6OpvE/v-deo.html What is your favorite Howard Jones song?
I love Howard Jones! His hair was so cool! But I'm still trying to understand why that wierd guy in half a suit is dancing on stage.....it's kinda wierd if you ask me! But I guess it's one of those "you would have to be there" things! oh well....
The Bassist was HJ's brother "Martin Jones"; Martin toured with HJ from Christmas 1984 and for all the Dream into Action Tour in 1985, he also toured with HJ on the US & Japan tour for "Cross That Line" in 1989..
Soz... my comment was for trap0001's earlier comment. I saw Howard last night @ his 25th anniversary gig - Excellent!!! PS - he played this track. Thanks for posting roonney.
@TVWriterGuy and the fashion! And the dancer. Howard is a talented, good looking gent, and so's his brother Martin (the feather-tressed fellow on bass)
@Karalovesmusic The fellow in half-a-suit is Howard's dancer, who appeared with him in tons of music videos and live perfs. Also, the bassist is Howard's own brother

Yes, I'm still watching ....
I.think it's 6 years since my first post ....
Time flies and is fleeting - however my loyalty is not..!
:-)
Oh dear, I've upset somebody else who doesn't agree with me. Here comes the backlash...
Anyone think the bass player looks like Howard???.... Well its his brother Martin.
I realize this song sounds so much like Take On Me by A-Ha. 😎
Such a complete artist, it's the whole package. The crap that is around now should listen up! ..... You know it makes sense..... sweet . love you. x
lol... 14 years and counting...
if this would have been released as a single at the time, it would have gone top 5
one of my ALL TIME favourite album tracks!!
This song reminds me of Billy Idol.
Indeed! And also, way back in the day, Howard and Billy frequented the same styling parlor 😃 💇♀️ 💇♂️ 💇

@sonicperformance There is a resemblance. HoJo's Bro is a cute fellow -- and he and big bro seem to frequent the same styling parlor
Contrast this performance with the 20th anniversary concert, notice that the mime artist is the same man!!! That's a nice touch.
Yes, he's still watching. Baz is my man and I love him so much. X
What's the desktop unit atop the SCI Prophet T8 next to the Roland MSQ-700?
+zibbybone Ah ha! It's a SCI DrumTraks - I could tell by the individual outs on the rear - better view in the LTGTKYW video.
the guy in the half suit is Jed Hoile, and he appeared with Howard for many years....
HOJO is the best!! seen him several times in concert, in Toronto!! he is the best!
And... Still Watching. 8 years now from my 1st post
This is one guy I've always wanted to see live, and have never been able to do so :(
Humans Lib is a supurb album.
Oh, hiya QueenCrazy.... :o)
x
Howard King of the 80' synthpop :-)
His music reminds me of the blue hedgehog, Sonic. 💙
Now it's 12 years - and I'm still watching.
@pbcinla Howard's brother Martin is the bassist
@roonney he was the bassist only for tour ?
As shat as I remember him.
reminds me of FREUR...:-)
Still watching.......
