hello thanks for the video, I have set up a messenger ads campaign and have been getting loads of messages from clicking on my ads, however the "results" column in Ad manager does not show any data telling me how many message conversations have been started, any ideas? I have waited over 7 days and longer and have also used the conversion metric custom report columns 1, 5 , 7 days etc and just no data. Really strange since i am getting at least 20+ messages direct from ads

One thing that annoys me, is that on my FB Business Messenger, when I then begin writing back, and the costumer replies, then every time they reply, they get the automated response. Is there any way of turning that off, or is it just something I have to accept? Seems unnecessary. Anyway, thanks :)

Do you know why my messager is saying Pause questions You've paused our automated questions. Let us know how we can help. I can not see what potential clients say it just says what i put above.
Is it possible to do multiple questions within one message? 1. Eg. “Hi thanks for contacting us” 2. Do you need your house cleaned today or tomorrow? 3. Please enter in your home address 4. Would you like your car cleaned too? Hope that made sense.

How to add link to the instant reply? that should direct towards fb form?

Can i make 2 or 3 questions?
FB seems to have discontinued this service and can't save automated messages anymore.
