True. The only information Hicks divulged in court is that which, against her will, she was compelled to divulge. Imagine how much we would learn about the shady goings-on inside Trump World were Hicks a genuine patriot like Cassidy Hutchinson.

He would never turn in homework or complete assignments. He does, however, possess a trait of genius...the ability to cheat. I sort of chuckled and flipped over to the ballgame. Eight years later, Michael Cohen's words have proven to be 100% accurate.

Weissman makes an excellent point on how the prosecution will use the fact that Cohen "was not a charitable" guy to show how Trump was the driving force behind committing the felonies.

She resonates with people. He picked her or his people did because she's smart. They also picked her because she was naive. They never expected her to have a backbone. The fact that SHE KNOWS SO MUCH? It's very obvious they under estimated her intelligence and her integrity.
After all everyone has seen and heard from Trump his followers still support him, he only needs one of them on the Jury and the trial is done.
I think he meant to say the phone calls would be in the Defense's coffin. Showing that Cohen spoke to Don Schitzenpants on the same days he made the transactions would help the prosecution.
So, if he is convicted will he get prison time? And if he does, will he have to serve it immediately or will they give him bail pending appeal?

Heard someone say that if convicted he could be taken to jail right then and there BUT most white collar criminals are let go to get their affairs in order, then come back for sentencing.
