Dave sounds SOOOOOOOO much better here then on the remaster

@Nazareeni I really don't hear a huge difference between the two. The vocals are a little lower in the mix and have some echo-ness going on but other than that it's basically the same

fuck , i just realized that i have the remastered version of this album , the drums here sound so much better , though the guitar sounds much louder and more prominent , is it a matter of quality or the remastered has a better sound quality ? because the one i have is in 320 kbps
The drums sound better here because this original version has a higher dynamic range. The remastered version compressed the tracks to hell so a lot of the punchiness of the drums are gone.

justice was pretty badass although it was the least good of the 4 good albums metallica came out with. as for black album, it was the beginning of a long line of bad albums from metallica. i believe marty friedman is a large part of what made megadeth so awesome, especially in this album. dave mustains contributions to metallica are very much appreciated on my part and personally i dont like kirks soloing style much.

metallica's 80s stuff like MOP and RTL was pretty awesome ,but on the overall megadeth's a better band than metallica

@Nazareeni This album I prefer it remastered because on my phone the originals sound too quiet and most of the music that I listen to is in my school bus, and the engine and other shit dont let me listen good :p

Remastered sounds alot better than this one.
Not one bit. The remastered is too clean, too perfect, with no aggression.
The drums sound way more explosive on the remaster. Too thin on the original.

This upload sounds like it has been compressed at least twice and I can hear heavy artifacts in the mid-upper range around the cymbals and vocals. The original version is much better but this upload isn't the best way to tell, you would have to compare lossless files.
I think nostalgia plays a role for a lot of people. I heard the remastered version first and definitely prefer it. This one has a more open reverb sound to it, which saps the heaviness. It's less all encompassing.
your gonna have to find a used copy of the original issue because the original version is now out of print all my megadeth cds are used copies of the originals. think rust in peace is hard to find try the original combat version of killing is my business with all 8 tracks (these boots).
