- www.CahillProperties.com - This prominent shingle styled colonial with great posture sits high on the corner of Hutchinson Street and Randolph Avenue surrounded by mature plantings and specimen trees. Built in 1889 by Frederick Severance for Dr Henry P. Jacques with "All that 19th Century Style".... Today's owners have carefully updated where needed and accented this comfortably elegant home. With thirteen rooms including eight fireplaces and exceptional detail all set on a 26,000 square foot lot this Milton Hill property goes above and beyond. Your walkability to Milton Academy, the trolley, and Milton's favorite new dinner destination, Steel and Rye restaurant make this a prized location. You'll find Boston close enough to spot from Hutchinson Field where you can hike along the river, launch your kayak or roll onto the bike path. Showings by appointment only this is the one you have been waiting for.

Gorgeous staircase, beautiful millwork, and they kept the historic charm with appropriate updates. Looks like a lovely area.
I just adore this house, it’s practically perfect !!!
I love this place, this house
Excellent home & beautiful community
I am dreaming 😍😍😍👍👍👍
The house is absolutely classic and beautiful! The upstairs and the glassed porch , sitting room with the navy blue drapes was attractive. However, the rest of the house was decorated sooooo plain Jane. This house was begging for classic looks , and trying to mix this plain furniture as well as modern funky pics just does not go well. Ugh. Classic colonial and Cape Cod look would have made the grade. The basic bones of this home is fantastic!
Nice home😏🌻🦋
Never mind the interior decor..that can be changed. What you're looking at is location and it's perfect.
I like it but no pool and the statue has to go I could live here but not by myself. I would not want to be alone in this house for one second.
LOL No outside pool is common for Massachusetts, you could only use it about 2 months out of the year. The statue was likely owned by the owners and they would take it with them, so no need to worry about it. Would you pee yourself if you had to spend a night there? Lucky for you you can't afford it.
@@christinef7739 No kidding.
I’m from Milton. This is just so snotty. 😂😂😂😂😂
I want some "Specimen" trees in my back ya.. Wait! Nevermind.😭
