Thanks I appreciate the compliment! And thank you for traveling with us around the garden railroad. Please subscribe and come back and ride again soon!
I'm not that into trains, but for some reason I really enjoyed watching this. I could just imagine how nice a Halloween themed train ride would be, little pumpkins along the tracks maybe and orange led lights and dangling bat's 🦇
How do You do? Hello! Thank you for Your Work, Your Videos! It is very good that there are still enthusiasts like You who continue to engage in railway modeling. Moreover, I really liked that all this was done outdoors and integrated into an ordinary garden, a manor with the usual "human" entertainment (park entertainment). Everything is done in Your videos with such love and realism, with details in small details! I wish You Happiness, Good Luck and Success! I will be glad to see Your new videos! And, I hope, for the development of Your railway facilities and trackside (track facilities) ! I hope my English was clear to You. With respect to You and Your so Great Work!
A fascinating mingling of trackside scenery among the gigantic nearby houses, outbuildings, and poolside chairs (not to mention the bird feeders). I especially enjoy the detail of the trestle framework, the boulder walls & tunnels, and the raised track-beds. And what clear, steady videography! Great blending of background sounds. Nice job - must be fun & satisfying to do.
I appreciate the wonderful compliment! Thank you for taking the time to ride and explore our garden railroad I’m so happy you enjoyed it! It’s a work in progress so please come back soon!
I appreciate your attention to detail in this enchanting back yard! Thanks for sharing with us! (btw... I LOVE that the train station dude is leaning against the building!)
I'm happy you have a "backwards" train ride view, I watched your other video and I was just thinking about how cool that would be. 😊 11:14 We're really rollin' now! Weeeee through the tunnel! (Always fun.)
The platform / flatbed car/s TOTALLY fooled me man!!!🤣😆I thought it was a platform you wait on to meet the train at and board the train from!! Until it started moving!!🤣😆😁 You GOT me...😆😁
If you get motion sickness from the first part of the video, skip to 10:16 when the camera faces forward. Phew. I can’t travel seated backwards at all, but I didn’t think it would make me dizzy watching it on a video. The view is so fun! Sunset, gorgeous coleuses, bird feeders. Loved it!

Love the videos. It’s funny, these videos bring back a wonderful childhood experience. We took train trips through Europe with family. There was fabulous scenery and the sounds of the train on the tracks was exciting.
That's awesome! My wife and I are hoping to one day soon take a few train rides in Europe. It’s definitely beautiful over there and trains are the best way to see any country in my opinion. I’m glad you enjoyed the videos and look forward to seeing you here again soon!
Thanks, it was totally by accident. Someone suggested that I use a wide angle on my IPhone to video and I think that’s what caused the forced perspective. It did turn out pretty cool. Thanks for riding along with us. Please subscribe and visit again soon!
Thank you very much! I’m glad you enjoyed the ride. It took several years to plan the railroad and about 10 hours a week for 9 months to build it to where it is now. I’ve still got several things to do including adding buildings, people and more plants but it’s lots of fun to build and operate 😃👍👍👍
Really awesome stuff! To make it this realistic is incredible. I feel like a character on Honey I Shrunk the Kids! To cool! I was hoping for a giant hummingbird on the feeder, maybe next trip.
Thanks for the compliment I really appreciate it! And thanks for riding on our garden railroad!! Here’s another video you might like from the locomotive😃👍👍👍 ua-cam.com/video/or-IawxxrH4/v-deo.htmlsi=zV8DP6j3pAiWIfel
Thank you for riding along with us. Hopefully one day soon you’ll have a backyard to build a railroad or whatever you’d like. If you build a railroad please put it on UA-cam I’d love to see it!
Here is an IDEA. It would be GREAT to see an old style 1800's Passinger Train on this layout. If your using Mini Go-Pro Cameras, Imagine this... Camera 1 inside the Caboose top section window looking out over the top of the Whole train Fireman's POV. Camera 2 inside a Passinger car looking out. Passinger's POV. Camera 3 inside the Cab of the Locomotive, Engineer's POV. That would be AMAZING to see.
I’m actually trying to find a camera small enough to do all those things and still have good video quality. Thanks for the suggestion and for riding along with us!!
They are battery powered and controlled with Airwire converters and throttles. The sound is from Soundtraxx. Thanks for the question and for riding along!!
I could never get into this as a pursuit. Not because I'm disinterested , mind you. No. I'd end up in trouble. There'd be a single run of track leading from the back door through the fence to my front door. I'd run a scale model of a German railway gun on it. One designed to use a FULL CO2 cartridge to fire a single nerf dart. There'd be a turtable at the end to facilitate aiming.
It’s G gauge and I’m modeling 1:20.3 scale. My locomotives are Bachmann Spectrum but I’m going to add some from USA Trains soon. My cars a mixture of AMS Accucraft and Bachmann Spectrum but I’ll be adding some USA trains cars in the future. Thanks for riding along and please like and subscribe and come back and ride with us again soon!
Awesome! Just wondering if you deliberately don't shoot these midday when it's sunny? I'd love to see the richness you'd get if things had shadows rather than being so flatly lit.
Thank you! I do have a few more videos that are shot when the sun was high that are on my channel. This one was intentionally while the sun was going down. 😃👍👍👍
My question is how did you find all of these tracks that’s a lot of tracks and what are the ones called that shift in any direction like it’s moving down the track and then you pull a switch to make it go the other direction
The track was purchased from Sunset Valley and is AMS track. Those are called track switch’s. They are built just like the ones used on railroads. Thanks for the question and thanks for riding along with us. Subscribe and come back soon for another trip around the garden railroad!
Is this O Guage or G Guage? The perspective with the camera is really throwing me off!!! Hahaha. If I didn't have frames of reference like the shed and your pool chairs, I'd think we were on full size train car!!!

Wow!! I love all your great camera angles, really makes you feel like you’re right in the action! Absolutely the coolest and original thing I’ve seen on UA-cam in a long time! Thank you!
the attention to detail on how the track bed is laid ... amazing.
Thanks!!
The absolutely smooth track and smooth power at low speed... impressive!
Thank you I’m glad you enjoyed the trip. Please come back and visit again soon😃👍👍👍

When I cover up the bottom third to a hal of the screen, I CAN kind of watch it..😁 💛

I was a hobo hanging on the back of the caboose of this train!

@@cbt1960 Can you tell me about the suspended picnic furniture? I'm guessing it keeps ants away when not in use.
Those are hanging platform bird feeders. We like them because the squirrels can’t get to the bird food😃👍👍👍

Same scenery as last video, different layout. I'm wondering if any cgi is used.
No cgi just a apple phone camera😃👍👍👍
@@cbt1960 great job!
So any LGB loco G scale no matter what the year is it’s worth owning
LGB locomotives are very well built and depending on the type are collectible.
So like I found one for a decent price it’s a 1987 LGB G scale #2017 RIO GRANDE 0-4-0 STEAM ENGINE
Good or not too good
@@linkmasters535 good
