Honestly all of these trucks are fantastic. I would say these are the best three 1500 1/2 ton truck options in America. Most people will say which one they think are the best. I say they are all great! Just pick your preferred option can’t go wrong. I went with Silverado cause I’m old fashioned. Ford feels like the leader here and Ram is just beautiful inside.
Just reading through these comments has made me realize, nobody uses pickup trucks for work anymore. Heated cooled ventilated stitched suede seats, apple carplay, and screens everywhere seems to be far more important than towing capacity, payload capacity, fuel capacity, or reliability
Trucks are not used for trucks things anymore
I was in a bad accident and can't drive my Camaro anymore bc it's too low so I got a pickup and I'm satisfied with it. Plus I no longer have to call my wife to bring th suburban so that I can haul something that I purchased and can't fit in the Camaro. I like having that bed in the back
I bought the Chevy LTZ, Z71 with the 3.0 Liter Duramax Diesel - all the features, very comfortable, and a lower cost
I bought a 2022 RAM Longhorn Limited. One of the MAIN REASONS was because of the interior. Ford and Chevy have caught up, however, the RAM is still the best. Additionally, love the 5.7 HEMI Etorque. The suspension IMO is better too. Granted it can't tow as much, but I will not be towing 99% of the time. Additionally, the Ford F150 has had many QC issues and a lot of recalls, another reason why I went RAM. But all 3 are nice and if Ford fixes their QC issues all 3 are a great buy!
Ford passed Rams interior with the 2021 redesign. The 18-20 ram was definitely #1 though between the 3.
@na4valve well I saw the 2022 Ford F150 their King Ranch and went with the RAM. It's all a matter of what you like. I liked the RAM'S interior better.
@na4valve Fords new interior Is last behind Ram #1 and the new GM ..
@@RAM-KINGOFTRUCKS Lmao no
It's not a great by 142 still charging over MSRP and RAM is discounting them 10% it's a common sense thing
Just got the LTZ. And I love it as far
I currently have a 2021 Ram 1500 Laramie Night Edition, Fully loaded. But I must say that Chevy looks very nice, considering I had a 2021 RST before my Ram
I also have a 21 laramie it's a great truck, so much smoother and quieter than a chevy.
Having an rst you should know that in 2019 Silverado came out with a complete redesign and it was so bad they scrambled to do a redesign it again three years later to be competitive with the 19 Ram
Chevy is a lemon bro .my 22 one at the dealer for 3 time engine issues and trans .weird noises
@@ubeuonly The 2019 Silverado wasn't "so bad they scrambled to do a redesign". They designed the truck conservatively in order to keep their prices down while Ford and Ram kickstarted the trend that caused truck prices to climb by $15k+. The budget for the 2019+ Silverado was spent on powertrain updqates, an area where Ram has been trash since 2019. The entire reason the 5.7 Hemi is going away is because FCA/Stellantis was so cheap they couldn't be bothered to do a single thing to update an engine that was outdated and had known issues back in 2019. Instead they bolt on an electric motor and call it high tech. Even in 2019, Car and Driver did testing on the 2019 Ram 5.7 and 2019 Silverado 5.3 and their numbers showed identical acceleration numbers. Pretty pathetic. In fact, many areas of the Ram were pathetic. Plastic upper control arms, terrible payload ratings without the air ride system, which itself is still an unreliable POS after all these years.
@@hochhaul I read your nonsense and I enjoyed you to Google who makes the most reliable light duty truck. Ram 3 years in a row
The chevy looks really nice.
Too much chrome but yes it's nice
😂😂😂😂is number one lemon 🍋 truck
I'd chose the Ram just because of its zf8 spd not a fan of the 10spd also they have $10,000 off where I live GMs deal is only on 4cyl which I don't want and Ford 😂 no deals with Ford
For almost 70k all three I choose none. Way overpriced, I'll wait a year or 2 and find a used one...
In two years, a used one will be 100k.
@Clear Cut well if they are 100k in 2 years but I doubt it. I'll just keep mine and not get shit lol
@@alonzotovar2601 your cash is the most depreciative asset, I hope you realize that.
Lol, what? Chevy, Ford and Dodge have one of the highest Depreciation value. At a whopping 30-35% once it’s out of the lot.
@@clearcut6818 debt is king pay no taxes on debt
I Loved The LTZ, Because It Has The Great Leather Seats & They Heated & Ventilated With The Dark Walnut Atmosphere Color, Which Is My Personal Favorite, Chrome Bumpers Looks Good In My Opinion,Including The Good 13.4 Inch Touch Screen Display,The Black Exterior Looks Really Good,But I Wish There Was Red Hot,Which My Favorite Color In The LTZ,Which Will Look Perfect With The LTZ.
Chevy seats are themost uncomfortable seats available.
The Chevy. I think you just get more features for your money all the way around. I like the design inside and out better as well. Very cool looking truck. No cons for me so far.
Chevy LTZ, you get more for the money. But I still love my Laramie.
Chevy ltz for me
Ford is usually overpriced because dealers don’t discount. It will be between the LTZ and the Laramie depending which one is cheaper and with more discounts with comparable options.
Good thing is all three half tons are a good pick. Get bored of one, you have two others to pick from. I bought a 22 chevy LT with a 2.7 and digital display and it was a great truck, not one bad thing to say about Chevy. Just traded the Chevy in for a 22' Ram Hemi Etorque, Big Horn with Sport package. Personally i like the Ram Better, Both the wife and i figured the Ram differences out right away. Ram has more storage, fatter steering wheel, can listen to music with Ipod and have phone still hooked up to blue tooth, better lighting in truck, better door handle for shutting and opening door front doors, sitting position in truck feels better-you can write on a flat surface on passenger dash. The Hemi works. Dont
I'll choose all three different vehicles Ben.
I've got a 2022 Ram Sport (canadian edition). I choose Ram because of the ride quality and interior. I drive my father in-laws 2021 Ford all the time when he's town(he hates driving in the city) and the ride quality is not even comparable imo. I love the sportier looks of the Ram as well. To each their own though when you're paying 70 grand plus for vehicles you sure as hell should buy the truck you prefer not what truck guys like to argue about. People can whine about recalls and depreciation etc, at the end of the day it's all too close anyway and is a wash. So unless you're giving me the 70 grand to purchase the Truck YOU like, everyone should stick what they love.
I wish I could get a Chevy with the Ford interior because the Chevy looks the best and the Ford has the best interior.
Yet another person has never sat in a ram. Or driven
I have an opinion, cleary its different from yours and it's okay to have your own opinion but I have done both sat in and driven in a Ram with the new interior and to be honest the screen already feels outdated and I know I'm going to get hate for that but it does to me and I'm not a ford guy or Chevy guy I truly have an unbiased opinion but I respect that your opinion is different
@@ubeuonly Don't talk to my husband like that @Capitateocean is allowed to have a opinion thank you
Plus the chevy looks amazing but with the ford interior cause it would actually look amazing
@@ubeuonly I agree the Ram has a nice interior, I'm very happy with my 2019.. the one downfall for me is the front seat legroom, I'm 6'8" and both the Ford and Chevy have a good bit more room to stretch out my legs. That is the only reason I would trade.
I've driven them all, and recently. I now know why the ford is the best seller.
That Chevy has a fugly front end, the Ram rides the best with the coil suspension and Ford has issues with the turbos, I’d chose the Ram with the tried and true Hemi any day!
Silverado LTZ absolutely
I have a 21 ram Laramie with the 3.92 gears, mild hybrid system air suspension pretty much every option except sunroof. Love the truck and had been 100 times more reliable then my last (18) F150. That thing had electrical gremlins living in the damn thing. Only thing with the ram is the MPG isn’t that great and the damn manifold leaks
EPA and real-world mile per gallon ratings with the Eco puss and the Hemi is about 1 mi per gallon says every magazine and everyone who's ever owned them. And it doesn't sound like a Taurus station wagon
Is there a solution for the manifold, that what’s holding me back.
@@tycartier9594 they replaced both of them under warranty.
What mpg are you averaging? What miles were on the truck when the manifolds failed?
My choice is the LTZ I'm a chevy guy
I prefer the Silverado LTZ
Ram for me..
Not really a comparison if the F150 is the only one with the V6, why not the 5.0 V8 to even it out with the RAM and Chevy V8's?
Ram for motor and transmission. Exterior Chevrolet. Interior either Ford or Ram. Could you also add in a Nissan Titan SL and Toyota tundra limited?
Why would they include the 6% market share of those two trucks? Most of the Creature Comforts and fancy features unavailable on the Japanese trucks
The Chevy exhaust looks like it’s made for a forklift to pick it up when it breaks down.
I’ll take the fastest, most powerful stock half ton truck available, the 3.5 eco boost with 3.73 gears paired with the 10 spd.
No doubt the f150 is the fastest on the market but most truck buyers don’t buy for need for speed😂
Trx, 5.2 raptor, powerboost, even the hybrid tundra are all faster than standard ecoboost.
And it sounds so cute, just like your wife's Taurus station wagon
Sure its the chevy i got the ram and the chevy .ram feels though but chevy 2.7l turbo really fast and powerful being 4pistons impressive really comfortable both i'd take chevy buddy
@Giovanni Martinez
Yeah you are right.
Most buy their trucks cause it's interior is pretty.....or it has lots of gadgets.
Apparently, most don't care about utility cause they just don't use them as trucks.
Most could get away with an suv ffs.
Pull a trailer, hual a load of wood, load up for a week of hunting.....pretty foreign to alot of the grocery getter truck owners nowadays.
So yup I completely agree
wish chevy would do a LTZ sport package to get rid of that chrome
LTZ for me.
Well you do a 2024 Chevy slivarado 2500 review when it’s lunch
Yes
Like them all with all the bells and whistles. Angel from The Bay
LTZ 🔥🔥🔥
That ram interior sure is busy. Reminds me of an invicta watch.
You don’t need front parking sensors since you get 360 camera on f150
I love my Powerboost XLT. But I would rather have the steering of the Ram 1500 though.
Gm when from having the smallest cab to now having the most room.
Chevy has waxed frame RAM and Ford have coated frame. RAM doesn't have tow hooks low payload so the aluminum FORD is he winner... 🏆
You can add tow hooks for a couple hundred bucks. Easy peasy.
And the Ford is covered with rust underneath from the factory something that Chevy and RAM don't have
Nice trucks but……. I’m broke.
Chevy V8🔥
Ram V8🔥
Ford V💩
I bought the 2023 Chevy LTZ z71
Can you do a comparison for a power wagon level three! And a 2500 limited?
I like the Chevy. I have a ford but I think the xterior is just the same as 10 years ago.
The ram night edition is where I am at
Which one has the most comfortable ride? That would be the one I would like.
Ford
👍👀✌️Chevy winz this race folks/until next time gadget.
I'd take the RAM in a night edition, or the Ford in the Tremor Package just cause I don't like Chrome.
I'll keep my '02 Tacoma thanks.
Maybe someday the Chev will have a gas tank big enough to be useful.
90 some liters doesn't cut it.
Same for uncomfortable seats.
Interior is a huge step up.
Having owned a 6.2L previously and having had nothing but issues they don't have an engine I want(5.3L is a turd and I don't want a diesel).
Lots of gravel driving....my Chev had rust everywhere after a year.
Good thing most truck buyers nowadays don't see dirt and rarely haul anything but groceries.
Most care about stuff.....not utility......all that shit you don't need but you can tell your accountant neighbor your truck has🙄
Style without substance is the only thing that matters nowadays, very very small percentage use a truck for trucks things want a bare-bones less complicated more reliable platform
@Gary Dudra Indeed.....I'm to the point where one creature comfort is a must....and that's heated seats.
Living in a cold climate it's something I refuse to be without.
Sadly in a F150 that's a 302a.
Lots in that package I don't need tho.....at least GM and Ram offer some convenience packages in lower trim.
I'll never own a crew cab....I need space in the box,not the cab....for firewood, dirtbikes and other shit.
@@rodjbosch real truck stuff..
I like the F-150 the best I don't like Chevy but I do like the GMC if you had one of those available
Ford disappointed me last year .done w/ ford .used to love every ford i had until 02 f150 and 08 f150 both are gone to junk yard took good care of them .still trash and waste of tons of money 🤑💰
@@yonallopez Well that's your choice and your opinion but my choice is still the Ford F-150
Isn't the RAM Limited in the same price range, but seem to have a bit more features?
I'd take the Chevy...just wish they'd do away with the vacuum sweeper exhaust tips..the nice ones on the Ram look good.
I love my Laramie longhorn
Tie with Ram and Silverado
Silverado is the better deal, though the Ram looks the best out of these 3.
Toyota best truck no lemon
At thos point any of them is a good choice. Take proper care of them, and they will all last
Sometimes maintenance doesn't mean reliability or longevity
I’ll take the Denali
LaRAM
I was going to buy an F150 Lariat, but when the salesman told me no heated seats or wheel , I said screw that! Back on ordering another Ram 1500, but this time a Limited 👍
Lmao
??? No heated seats? That's standard on a Lariat.
It’s standard on a xlt.
Enjoy your Stelantshit. Even the XLT F-150 has heated seats. Your sales person is an idiot. Yes the heated steering wheel is deleted because of supply issues but there’s def heated seats on Lariat. And cooled on most.
@79random ford hasn't got their supply chain stuff figured out yet, a lot of their vehicles still have these things removed even if they would normally be included.
I'll take the most awarded and most reliable pickup truck RAM-1500 KING OF TRUCKS 👌
rode in a ram limited with air suspension. smooth like butter. i was very impressed with the ride quality.
@@elcuh9506 Robert you cant get any better
Still fawned over four years after its introduction, and the only truck three years in a row recommended reliability from Consumer Reports
@@ubeuonly 💯👌👍
🤣🤣🤣
Borgward rules the road
Engine alone the f150 takes it… ram close second 5.3 just doesn’t cut it for towing and have to upgrade to 6.2
Because I love it when my truck sounds like my wife's Taurus station wagon
Ram any day
Lost me with the 150 being a v6 turbo.....
Not trying to be a knucklehead but that’s not a ‘23 Ram Laramie. No fender flairs on the ‘23.
Chevy is the best all around easily
If your gonna compare v8s make sure all of them are v8s.
What package would you need to get to have front parking sensors in the ford?
A PhD in astrophysics or a lot of luck.
@@interstateB 😂
My 2023 Lariat has them. The F150 mandatory deletes make things confusion right now. Active Park Assist is unavailable, but afaik the sensors come standard with collision avoidance which is included on all Lariats. Odd that this one is missing them.
Definitely the Chevy
F 150 is number 1
RAM seems so old, i have a 2019 and it still looks the same for this 2023, the other 2 have been updated
Fords king!!!
Everything is over priced, it's called inflation.. duhh... Give me my Ford..
Wow, analog speed looks wayyyyy better
Clearly should learn more about towing capacity .........none of those trucks in his video can tow what he states ......Max tow is 2wd long bed . Anyone that has towed before knows trying to tow that much weight with a 1500 is not ideal ......just because you can doesn't mean you should ......try it you'll see
The Ford just looks cheap and lean. The same cab design for like a decade or more now. Only front and rear tweaks. Dodge has nice options. Chevy.. that truck looks bigger than the other two. How did you get comparable options? It doesn't look close to be honest
That Chevy is pimp af
Chevy all day!!!!
Get the ford
Ill bye 2 years too
Ford F-150 !!!!
Too damn much money man.
I really feel like Ram has lost its lead in features and interior quality/usability per dollar. The main thing it has over the other two is discounts and ride quality. If I had to buy either of these at MSRP, the Ram would be last on my list.
Remember that the ram design is now four years old and they leapfrogged everybody when it came out.. Chevy how to do a two-and-a-half-year refresh because their truck was so bad and not nearly competitive with the other two just wait for the ram Electric and the next generation of internal combustion trucks. They will LeapFrog everyone again
@@ubeuonly I definitely hope so! I'm a Ram fan. I leased a 2017 Ram 1500 until I got into my 2021. The 17 was a silver night edition. I wish I would have kept it, but I still love my 21 Big Horn.
I remember when it used to be opposite, then Stallantis took over 🙄
Ram is garbage, I would never buy a Dodge regardless of it's looks. For me, Chevy #1 and Ford #2.
Chevy its made in Mexico; Ram and F150, America
All good but ford all day
The Ford design looks ugly to me it's a shame I figured they could have done alot better
If the Auto Industry asked you to park outside your neighbor's house at night and HOOONKK HOOONKK would you?
Would you do it day after day after day after day? Then please lock your vehicle Quietly.... No Honk. ... Light Flash Only.... so people can sleep at night and have peace during the day.
The Light Flash Signal confirms your car is locked and armed. You do not need the
HONK. The Auto Industry Really screwed up with this technology. They need to GET RID OF THE HONK. Thank you.
Ford for the win for sure. That interior is undeniably the best.
How do I stop getting reviews spam anoying !!!!
I would never buy a Ford. Every ford that I have owned has been a recall nightmare...plus the ecobust is garbage. The RAM does better mileage with a V8 than the Ford with a 6...lol I would definitely take the RAM or GM. BTW - FORD likes to say that they are the best selling pickup. That's true, but they don't explain why. It's because they have the best contract fleet rate. So corporate fleet buyers buy the Ford's. They don't focus on quality just quantity. For example Toyota doesn't focus on fleet sales, so they build and sell fewer pickups. That certainly doesn't mean that Ford builds better vehicles than Toyota...lol
Man, that chevy makes all others look bad.
🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲💪💪💪💪💪👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.
Three lemon truck 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😊
Chevy has more features
FordF150
Looking at the headlights of the Ford I’m pretty sure that’s only the 501A Lariat which isn’t as comparable as the 502A to these other trucks. Headlights are way nicer and FRONT SENSORS. Come on Ben 😢
Chevy
