Whisky.com reviews the Talisker Storm. Talisker Storm is as stormy and unpredictable as the climate on the Isle of Skye. On the island, the distillery Talisker is geographically located at the same latitude as Alaska. By using oak barrels of different ages, it managed to preserve the character so typical of Talisker. The new design focuses on more sustainable packaging with less plastic.

I simply love you guys. Very relaxing, non biased, thorough reviews.
Cheers! 🥃. Enjoying a nice dram of Johnnie Walker 18 at the moment
I just want to thank you for the effort in all this years on the channel. Horst you are a legendary whiskey source of wisdom and Ben you infuse the channel with actual news and vitality. Thanks again for the good work and effort. 🥃 cheers!
Sincerely an old subscriber and follower!!
They certainly do!❤ In my Top 5 reviewers! Cheers Ben and Horst from ETn Smoky Mtns area
The nose wasn't much different, but the Storm arrives with the tasting. Both are excellent, but the Storm is fresher and bolder than the 10 year (though less complex). Great review!
Thank you!
There was a promo today at my local hypermarket and so I picked up a bottle of Talisker Storm. I am really enjoying this so far. I wouldn't consider this as a daily drinker, but I think it can make for a nice weekend sipper. It's got the right blend of spice and smoke for its price range. I'm sold on this one!
When i compared this to the Dark Storm, it was much more balanced. Smokier than the 10 but not as smooth. The 10 is the perfect combo and the Storm is too expensive.
Talisker has 3 peating levels actually , this one uses higher peated malt than the composition of the 10. The 11 year special release uses the lightest peated malt. Cheers.
This box from Port Ruighe will be next one. Thank you guys for this tasting
See for myself the talisker 10 has more pepper. Sweeter floral citrus on the nose, more complex. On the taste light smoke, salt, but lots of pepper. The storm is a bit of a disappointment. Especially at the price.
A very under matured young whisky, castrated (chill filtered) and loads and loads of e150 to make it look dark.. 🤮
Thats the f****n diageo business model 👿
If the microphone would be a bit further away from your mouth reviews will be much better for watching with a sound. Keep on good work, with microphone further away ;) cheers
Add a few drops of water and this whiskey comes alive
I got quite a paprika smell with this one. Along with medicinal phenols and rubber!
