Actually, the reason why it sounds Jamaican is because they are similar. Jamaica was created by the Brits. The patioa language Jamaicans speak is just a direct dialect adopted but the english accent along with any African language they spoke. Jamaicans will also have some similar ways of saying what certain UK dialects would say. Such as “mum”, crispys, “fish n chips” and so on.

I'm from England he's a well known black comedian who uses rap in his comedy. He usually plays a persona called roadman shaq (Roadman is someone who smokes weed, drinks and knows the ins and outs of they're area and everybody in it basically like popular guy on the block). This is a joke it's not real it's fake beef with someone else called R.S (Roll Safe). UA-cam roll safe and you'll find funny videos just like this one. Americans can't understand half the things he's saying cause he talks about English products and stuff that you guys don't have like Twix, Lynx (Axe body spray) and just general stuff which is a lot funnier to us than you guys. Yeah what you guys said need to do more research next time Americans can't understand English humour!
