- Madam Oink "Portrait" Showtape (February 1978)
(aka Oink 1)
Show Segments
"Frere Jaques"
"Thank Heaven for Little Boys / Baby Face"
"You Only Hurt the Ones You Love"
"Paris Songs"
"Three Ladies"
"Money Money" (Crusty Version)
from SPP.com ****we know they were from the original Madam Oink "portrait" reel because they include Crusty the Cat who was only present at the Winchester store, along with Madam Oink who made her debut around February 1978. It's likely also that some of the other tracks from this archival tape (listed on the 1977 Crusty tape) were also used on this tape.
*** Several of the tracks on this tape were retooled in the years following it's release, primarily to remove Crusty and dub Mr. Munch in his place. A handful of these tracks are recycled on Around the World with Madam Oink from 1980.

Love the crude humor of early chuck
Me too
Don't we all?
I keep coming back to this video cause I’m so in love with Crusty’s singing voice
Thanks for this. I’m a long time fan of the Rockafire but have never cared about Chuck and his friends. But just this week I kinda discovered these early portrait shows and now I’m kinda digging their vibe. Very different from what I usually think of CEC content. So… great timing on your vid.
I would love to have them and Rock afire entertain me after long day at work. It's better than watching TV
Couldn't have said that any better I just got done watching a live performance with some Chucky cyberamics (including Jasper🐶 & Chuck🧀) about an hour or so ago after I just got home from dinner and I couldn't think of a better way to wrap up the day was probably the best days I've had in a long time
Fun fact the voice for munch is actually crusty voice I wonder if there gonna turn munch into crusty.
Crusty has its own character he lasted for 1 year
They never did a munch version for it that’s why I think his voice never like it was today
@@Kratosgodofwarghostofsparta they do have one
@@Bigrandonstranger he actually lasted 1977 to early 1980 when they changed the bots to cyberamics
I'm guessing certain generations of animatronics are compatible with certain models within that generation?
If you mean that certain generations for example, cyberamics are compatible with other cyberamics then yes they are. But it’s not really a case of compatibility. Every generation of Cec robots where controlled the same way with pneumatic air there’s so that means that a one stage bot could be compatible with a three Stage bot with that logic.
@@cttrobotics Yeah thats what I meant thank you
@@cttroboticsi mean... Not really no~ since the 3 stage bots are retrofitted RAE bots they have seperate movements meaning the movement probably wouldn't line up even if the code worked. Speaking of the code the 2 stages and 3 stages use seperate animatronic controllers so the code may not even work.
@@orangetheorange I'm pretty sure at a certain date, they stopped programming those stages separately and the 2 stage used the same programming as the 3 stage, of course with limitations. Putting them side by side really helps.
I also would imagine that if it wasn't coding that the control board for that particular bot wouldn't understand or be compatible with it would just be silent and sat there when the code ran through and pick back up again when it read something that it would recognize
Another great video! also fun fact.. Cambridge Ontario was the first location ever to open with a 16m bot!
I appreciate your videos more than you know. My dad built animatronic amusements starting with his work at Taylor Engineering. He primarily built and produced sound effect recordings for amusement park shooting galleries all over the country. He then started his own business. In the early 80’s he like others in the industry, had a devastating drop in business. He then started doing contract work repairing Chuck E Cheese animatronic in Southern California. Now that doesn’t mean I’ve seen a whole lot… My mother was a kindergarten teacher… as such CEC and amusement parks were a VERY rare treat. I’ve only seen operational CEC animatronics a handful of times since when I went it was tagging along on my dads repair runs… and my memories are fuzzy. I always wanted to see these shows and never got the chance. Thank you🥲
Those are awesome memories you have ☺️
This is so great I love this best kind of entertainment way better than anything that got on TV nowadays too
hi chris this video is so good . my favorite robot band is a rock afire explosion and the chuck e chesee band. hi chris have a great day.
i have been a chuck e cheese and showbiz pizza fan since i was 10 (16 now) and even though i have only been to a huckleberry junction i still love seeing videos of old chuck e cheese and showbiz stuff, i feel like my generation got the worst of chuck e cheese
ive been into them since i was younger too, gonna be 16 in july. also im neurodivergent
@@berrypepperroni7708 I am too actually!
I love watching your videos
Welldone Madam Oink welldone no pun intended
Fun fact:it is confrimed that madame oink is pasquallys ex wife
Kind of a dumb question but does anyone know why that gen of bots always had their head tilted down? Was it a stylistic choice or was it just the neutral position?
They were positioned high up so I assume it was to look down at the audience :)
I Think that munch has crusty’s robot, but even if he has his own, he’ll still play the same thing.
Wait is that munch filling in for crusty? :O
Why does Mr munch have crustys voice lol, awesome animatronics.
because its an older tape at was used at winchester
Dr eggman😂😂❤❤❤😊
13:24 Ta ra ra boom de ay
Does he only have madam oink and Helen? Becuase the videos I’ve seen only have those 2 guest stars
He also has a MMBB Helen.
I love animatronics smmm ❤️
Is it just me or is munch and chucky trying to play non existent guitars?
Yay sets streets and eats
👍!
Returned already?😊
Actually this is footage from a past video
dus damen love chuky and frends
IS THIS THE ONLY STAGE LEFT IN THE WORLD?
No
@@TylerSaylor05yes the last balcony closed in 2001
Why does munch s sign say crusty
Because Munch replaced Crusty! As he only appeared at the first PTT location, naturally his cosmetics are rarer than hen's teeth, so Crusty is filling in for him in this show (you can hear Crusty's voice on the showtape though!)
16:49 o Italio cuz u de ol me.
Sup
Reverse the 78 and what do you get
Is it just me or is madame oink kinda really creepy looking? The dog guy and chucky and stuff are cool but that pig has uh some face
She's actually pretty cute compared to her older models haha ;)
@@tessfabled4115 then her older models must’ve looked like they haunted the bedroom of crying child (fnaf 4)
@@InksAutismyes they are uhhhhhh let's say interesting
@@capybara455 I wanna see them and not at the same time
Is munch missing teeth? He has a line on his bottom mouth. And he and oink and chucky are trying to play non existent guitars. Do the guitars really just not exist anymore because they are so old so parts are missing? What happened to the guitars and munches bottom jaw?
No, Munch actually has that line on his bottom jaw so his teeth can be inserted in there when he closes his mouth. Also Chuck and Munch never played guitars only Jasper, that’s just how the animatronic/ cyberamics work
@@Un1uckyLim oh. It looks just like their holding guitars
@@InksAutism That’s alright it actually does look like it
