Hey Isaiah, do you expect your ground contact time to go up during this isometric cycle? And are you only going to perform max effort isometrics on a immovable weight or you're also going to perform isometrics where you'll try to hold a load isometrically for as long as possible?
I don’t think GCT will increase since the cycles are getting more specific and if I’m stronger isometrically hypothetically my SSC will leak less energy and thus have a faster stretch reflex and return from my tendons. But we’ll see! And I’m only performing max effort ISO’s on immovable object
Does Austin do all the same stuff you do? If not, what does he replace? Or does he just do stuff with like shorter distance?
why aren't you doing those heavy overcoming squat isos also single leged like with the calfs? The neural drive is higher for sure with unitlateral exercises.
Do you ever do dunk specific work in the weight room, like for Eastbay or UTL?
I haven’t actually! My training has more and more shifted to jumping higher and less so about the technical aspect of dunking
@@IsaiahRivera1 Could I ask why you train by dunking on jump days? Is it just that it makes max intent jumping more enjoyable?

I have to remember to build cognition from the Rotary because my shoulders need to come all the way up into a superior synergy affirmation.
