The jet is the small port or orifice that the fuel flows through into the carburetor. The larger the jet the bigger the hole. That means more fuel. They are all very small and going up one size is hard to tell by the naked eye. You have to rely on the numbers stamped on them.
HP LOGIC FOR THE WIN !!! so cool that you did this via jack :D but order a liquid cooled dubbel disk block so that you have disk brake in the back as wel
The yasuni Z for your information is a replacement for the original exhaust, with which the performance is somewhat or not at all improved as the inside is limited with a partition wall. In other words, it's just an appearance, but it doesn't give any performance. The best for a factory 50cc bike is the voca sabotage or yasuni r/carrera 10.
Now that you've had it for awhile do you find the sound of the new pipe too much? A friend went aftermarket and you can hear him a mile away. Debating OEM versus this.
Have you removed the 2nd restrictor in the silencer tip . That 1 requires no grinding, just screws. This is a really good video also. I watched you installl 70cc kit without removing the engine. Good stuff!
The Yasuni Z is better for performance and acceleration for 50cc than a Yasuni R. The Yasuni R is better for performance and acceleration for 70cc scooter. Hope i help you :)
Thanks for that, I needed that encouragement. I have been working crazy out of town and have not had a chance to shot more. But I hope this winter to have a lot more on the scooter and MR2.
I have the same exhaust and engine and when I installed a new exhaust on the engine it went max 20km/h, maybe you know why you removed the muffler or what it affects, I would like an answer 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
You need to rejet the carburetor and usually install new roller weights in the variator any time you add a pipe with a chamber like the Yashuni. The bike may feel weird or sluggish without new roller weights, (usually lower gram weight) So, in the Zuma its probably somewhere around 6 or 6.5 roller weights for a tuned pipe. Also if you don't reject the carb, you could run the bike lean and burn the piston. Also, also, the Yashuni pipe actually has another restriction inside the silencer. You need to cut or grind the weld on that to drop that one out as well.
@@therealboofighter Just cut the two welds from the side and it would came out just as it did on the other side. ua-cam.com/video/XPtVfmY1A_0/v-deo.html
I found it great. I also find sound to be subjective, I liked the sound and did not find it overbearing. I am also wearing a full face helmet so that muffles the sound a lot.
Before was stock. I think it said 80 on it. I have played around quite a bit testing different sizes and now I don’t remember what I have in it. It is a bit bigger then stock. Not much though.
Is this the Yasuni R or Z model? I ask because I put a Yasuni R on my stock 2005 Zuma 50 and the thing won't go over 10mph now, just bogs down like it is fouling the plugs. I have the stock rollers in mine, going to try 5 gram rollers and see if that helps.
@@thecreator4008 i do agree to a certain extend, however in my experience if u have a regular or a high RPM 50cc the R will run better than the Z. the R is very good because u can use it on 50cc with good performance and and mild 70cc. i run the R on my stock 50cc aerox and that thing goes about 85+km/h atm with no extra tunning done to the scooter
I am not sure. Mine ran fine with out. It ran fine with a bit bigger jet. But I am not an expert in carb tuning at all. I could be way off in my thinking it was fine.

14:00 for the new sound!
Thanks, great vid. I am planning to do the same to my RoughHouse 50R.
Nice.
New pipe, new jet.. You need to jet your scooter because you have now a different amount of air exit
That's what I was thinking.

Removing the packing in this exhaust is shown to improve hp from factory. Correct ?
Now do you have to remove those welds
I went through all the same stuff
fixed with 92 main and 46 pilot
Thank you for the info. Hopefully it will help others.
