how did you write the affirmations for “harness anger and pain into aggressive action” cause i don’t want to be an aggressive person towards people for no reason when i’m upset
that doesn't make you aggressive, it makes you a better fighter. fighters know how to control their emotions when they're fighting. some people, when they're pissed and angry, start crying, panicking or getting anxious, or shaking and screaming because of the emotions. so instead of doing that, you'll know how to use your anger and pain to fight. this doesn't make you lash out on people and start hitting them because they've made you mad, this simply helps with self-defense. so basically, when you're angry during fights, instead of letting that overtake you and make you weak and vulnerable, you'll know how to use your emotions for your own advantage.
