    Because here, ure using 250g for 1kg, and i have watched another video of urs using the same 250g for 500g, another one, u used 400 gram for 2kg, please, i don't understand again o

    I have watch different videos you made, sometimes you use 500g of butter for 1kg icing sugar, sometimes you use 250g butter for 1kg why is that?

      Yes you are correct
      All the recipes are nice you can use any one.
      This particular recipe is best use during hot weather so that it can stay dry.
      Too many butter in butter cream can make it to melt after decorating your cake.
      So feel free to use any one
