This connects to the transfiguration as well where Peter, James and John recognised Moses and Elijah- they knew who they were even though they had never seen them until this point as they had gone to be with the Lord many years before they were born.
Nice production, and Derek had a great speaking voice. Unfortunately, on this subject he was completely ignorant of God's word, instead teaching Greek mythology. He ignores the judgement. How could the immortal soul (that we don't have according to God's word) be punished or rewarded before being judged? The parable is not about life after death, it is about life after resurrection, when judgement takes place. I'm not aware of Derek's other teachings, but skip this one if you're interested in truth.
God told Derek Prince his ministry would be like a river and it would never stop growing I remember what he said about a women having big old clumsy boot's on during a deliverance session he didn't want to get hit in the head you never know what will happen crazy christians funny he was an old man too don't blame them put them in straight jackets before you pray for them 😂
Love this. Such a timely teaching with so many declaring and teaching that unbelievers are completely annihilated upon death…..but I’m sure the rich man would tell us differently if he could.

Act 2:33 For David has not ascended into the heavens, but he says himself, "The LORD said to my Lord, Sit at My right hand Act 2:35 until I place Your enemies as a footstool to Your feet."

I'm still in the process of learning & studying the Biblical subject of what happens after death.
So truthfully, I'm not able to join all the relevant Scriptures yet to understand the entire process confidently or even explain it.

Should we be buried or cremated, and what is the Biblical view of it?
The Bible does not know cremation! In Israel NOBODY is cremated! When you believe in resurrection you will lay your body to rest! Cremation disturbs a lot through the fire. In the Bible great sinners are to be burned, read the book Leviticus!
