I've had the superberries skyr pouch before but not the other two and I really enjoyed it. There are similar ones in Aldi and Lidl although I think Aldi is the only one to also do the superberries one. I don't mind having the same every day so I usually grab the Aldi 0% Greek yoghurt and just add some blueberries (I ran out of honey so I had to be brave and have the yoghurt without and honestly it was nowhere near as sharp as I thought it would be, so now I don't bother with the honey at all). xx
Slimming clubs reminds me too much of Marjorie in Little Britains fat fighters 🤣 not my cup of tea thanks. Love the skincare dupes especially B & Ms and Aldi marine collagen range, my skin is feeling lovely at the moment. Push through the suppression and drink, drink & drink 😂❤
Your hair looks lovely and great condition, mine can feel dry, sometimes as i get highlights quite often. Suppression has always been pretty good with me but still manage to eat something. I don't know if you have an iceland near you but they do some myprotein frozen ready meals. I've got a few in the freezer for when my partner isn't home, they've got high protein and pretty good calories. They do some in smaller tubs and bigger portions in like a bowl. Good for when theres no leftovers in the fridge. Definitely will look out for those protein waters they look nice. I struggle eating plain skyr, even with the honey i find it a bit too sour. Will look out for those skyr pouches too would probably tolerate a flavoured one 😂x
@@ahawker I would deffo recommend the hair oil … it really makes such a difference. I’ve been using it for years now. I’m trying not to add too many things in the freezer but yes, I could maybe get one of the meals for stand by situations. I couldn’t eat skyr without the fruit, granola and honey lol Thanks my love for your lovely comment hun ♥️♥️
We have Weigjt Watchers here in the US, and there is DEFINITELY a divide between those who do and those who don't use GLP-1 meds. It's kind of sad because the sense of comrade at meetings was one of the best parts of their program.
Hi I go to SlimmingWorld and I love my group yes I do get annoyed sometimes with the b choices but when I have come off SlimmingWorld i hardly eat any fruit so for me it works at the moment and no one in my group has spoken about the weight loss injections xx
@@emmasifi5979 i think of it works for the individual that is great. We’re all do what is best for ourselves. I find it odd that they haven’t even acknowledged the injections though. You're right about SW and it encouraging competitiveness, I don't like SW anyway, I don't think it teaches you anything about nutrition and healthy eating, yes you have to have your healthy A and B etc. but it's OK you have lbs and lbs of pasta? Or was that just because we had a sh1t leader who knew balls all ? 🤣 I did SW 3 times and got to my goal weight, the first time I only needed to lose around 1st 4lb, I did it in about a month and then got 'invited' to be a group leader! I've been scoffing almonds today as I'm still struggling to eat, I'm better than I was yesterday but my protein has been very low these past few days. Plus I've come down with a right stinking cough and cold so that hasn't helped, just what I need 🤣 I've had a bowl of Ready Brek for my tea tonight, not had it since my kids were little, it was delish xx
I agree with you. How can mashing a banana have to be syned but a whole banana is free. If you look at the calories in slimming world meals some are high in calories. I do wonder if it's more about their sales of these products than anything. Once again it's really all about the calories you consume !

@@emmafrancesca1532 I’m glad that’s going well for you hun. I’ve heard so many negative things about his attitude. He was quite vile about GLP1s previously and actually awful to some women. I think he’s realised he needs to accept GLP1s from a business point of view but I honestly think his approach is really off. Obviously we all make our own decisions and choices and I am honestly so pleased it’s working for you. I wouldn’t personally recommend him just because of the reasons I’ve mentioned but I expect you get a lot of support from the other members xxx ♥️
I never did agree with Slimmer of the Week either - I think any small loss (or a maintain or whatever), is a personal celebration and some people will never have big or regular losses due to medical conditions - some undiagnosed etc or other reasons. They used to go round everyone asking what their result was and how they felt about it. But If I'm honest, I didn't really give a toss what anyone else had lost at Slimming World or WW 😮 😂😮 We are much more invested and supportive of both yours and each other's journey on this channel I feel. Slimming World and WW groups felt very "cliquey" to me but I appreciate that other people do enjoy them so it's whatever we all need etc. I do also have a library-full of their books, which I continue to use so, silver linings and all that 😂.
@@JimMcBob i remember being sat in group trying to work out what I would say when it was my turn to speak … the blame culture for any small gain was really quite terrible when you look at it. ‘ What could you do better’ ‘ did you measure EVERYTHING??’ Etc etc. Just terrible. I also have loads of books - I may start including a few of their recipes - there were some really nice ones lol. ♥️♥️
Absolutely agree - and it's also the reason why so many members don't bother staying to group if things haven't gone well - which is exactly when and why people need support , not a highlight of their "failures". I also think the 20-30 minutes it takes to go around asking everyone to talk about how their week went, what they are going to do different etc is just an easy time-filler and a waste of members money. But that aspect of classes hasn't changed for +20 years!
@@JimMcBob so true …. It would be better spent talking about an aspect linked to health or wellness. Or like the old rosemary Conley groups that did some exercises at the end (or did I just make that up??) xxx
Totally agree with you both. Trying to think up reasons why I had failed that week, and then going round the room individually was so tedious. I’ve learnt so much more about nutrition since being on GLP-1 than I ever did in SW. It’s interesting that they aren’t acknowledging injections and that members could actually be on them. I did read somewhere that they were looking at revamping their plan to include the injections in order to keep business booming.
