Hello, Tye.I’m Thai, and I didn’t have any talent for basketball. I had to practice much harder and longer than most people just to improve. But I loved the game, so I pushed myself and eventually made my high school team. In my real game, the pressure got to me, and I performed so poorly that my team lost in the School tournament. I was devastated and quit for six months. Now, I’ve decided to return with more determination and a better mindset. I’m ready to work harder and learn from you. Thank you for inspiring me to start again.
Reading this just inspired me too 💯 the journey comes with L’s sometimes and it’s going to push you mental and physical but you have to learn from it to become better so you know what to do next time… I’m glad that you are back in the game👍🏾
great vid! one thing that I needed to hear was I could have great handles but If i don't have the foot work to work with the handles I'll just be in the same spot dribbling, doing my drills, while the defender is laughing.
stationary drills are doing more harm than good. keep it to always moving trust me bro. and if you use heavy ball, do heavy for couple min, then switch to normal to challenge your control. and keep switching. trust me bro just try it you'll see
@@22Tye dont do whole workout heavy ball, or whole workout normal ball, switch it up constantly in one workout. it will make you better. for example use heavy ball for 10 min, then immediately use normal for 15min, thats much better than 25 min of heavy ball for one day, and then doing normal ball the next day.
@@22Tye what you're doing for dribbling is fine. just assess yourself on what needs improvement and work to improve it that day, if anything doesnt need improvement, still work on it, to maintain it
