@@TywysogCraig @I am King Craig managed to find a chicken of the woods, a huge one but it had turned so I noted the place for next year. Found some cauliflower fungus an some ochre brittle gill 😁
Anyone who want to try puffballs, my advice is to slice them thinly and fry in garlic butter each side until browning. It was literally the closest thing I've had to an omlette in texture that wasn't egg!
Really enjoyed this little clip and am looking forward to spotting these mushrooms out and about 🍄

Many (me included) advise peeling the puffball first. The outer skin is edible but many people have issues digesting it
