Thank you so much for this video! My OB was suggesting this one since it’s newly covered by my insurance and fully covered! This is the only in depth review I could find.
I’m debating between this pump and the lansinoh discreet duo. I have the Zomee z2 that I use as my main pump and love it! Which would you prefer as wearables? My insurance covers either one. I’m just torn. I’m also gonna be taking whichever wearable with me on a week long cruise so any advice would be appreciated! 😊
Hi! Just wanted to say thank you for making this video! It was very helpful. I’m due with my 3rd baby in two days via c section and I actually just received this breast pump from my insurance. This is my first hands free wearable pump and it looked pretty intimidating for me to learn how to function and assemble it lol but hey it was covered by insurance and I know I wanted to have a hands free pump considering I have to also deal with a 5 and 7yr old at home. My first pump was a Medela and it was plain and simple. Anywho I noticed mine didn’t come with a cleaning brush. Hopefully cleaning these won’t be a challenge. Would you be able to do a video on how to properly clean these? Thank you
Hello! Thank you so much for watching and I am so happy this video was helpful! I sure can make a video on cleaning! I will make one and have it posted by next week! Be on the lookout!
Thanks for this review! I just found out about this pump because it’s covered by my insurance. What do you mean that I’ve to stay 28 minutes pumping? How would you compare to the willow Go?
Hello! Thank you for your comment! So what I meant by 28 mins was that this breast pump does not switch modes automatically between modes. So it would be helpful if the pump switched after 2 mins to the expression mode so that way I knew I only had 28 mins left. I mentioned it because a lot of women like to know how long they’ve been pumping for, especially if they are power pumping.
So to answer you about the willow go. Apparently willow Go is really good. Better than this Zomee fit. And the Willow has been around longer so I’m sure they have got all the kinks out by now. But I personally have not worked with the company nor tried the pump out yet.
@@mothersteachthank you! I used the spectra S1 and in 10-12 minutes i was getting I good output. Is this pumping requiring like 30 minutes total each pump? Or I might take even less if I have a good output? Thank you!!
@@MrSpappagallina yes so for a wearable I would let it go the whole duration until it automatically shuts off because wearables tend to not empty the breasts as good as a pump like the spectra
Hello!! Thank you for your comment. I actually have not tried the M6 yet. I did enjoy the M9 and you can use my discount code for 25% off “mothersteach” for any products you decide to get on Momcozy or Amazon. But I would definitely make sure you look at the reviews on Amazon they are pretty helpful on determining if it’s the right fit for you. Most of the wearable Momcozy pumps are the same just different looks lol
I have heard the elvie stride has to be completely dry to pump, does the zomee fit have to be completely dry to have a good suction and to be able to pump? Can you lean over with the zomee fit? & Is the suction strength close to the Baby Buddha?
Hello!! Thanks for your comment by the way! But to answer your questions, the zomee fit ideally should be fully dry but it still worked after I washed it and used it. Also you can definitely lean over without leaking, and the suction strength isn’t as good as the baby Buddha, still good but not anywhere close to the Buddha lolll
@MzKellz-cr8hy Did your device switched from massage to expression mode automatically? The review at @16:28 says it didn't switch modes automatically. 🤔
So have you heard of power pumping? If so I would do that, if you havnt, essentially you pump every 10-15 mins for a duration of 10 or so mins. And I was doing that for like 4 days (is what they (google) recommends) and I was able to pump a lot in each session after those 4 days of power pumping. As far as the setting, I would do the highest setting while power pumping because of the tension and could be painful after awhile. So I’d do it on the middle strength still starting in the stimulation mode for the first 2-3 mins. I hope this helps, I know it’s a lot lol
@sequannorman9544 like you, I am debating between Zomee Fit Hands Free Wearable Breast Pump vs Lansinoh Discreet Duo Wearable Pump also. I think I will go with Zomee because it says BPA + Phthalate Free, 2+ hours battery life, AND it comes with 3 sizes of flanges. The Lansinoh Discreet Duo doesn't say BPA + Phthalate Free, has 100 minutes of battery life, and only 2 sizes of flanges. The Zomee model says each cup holds up to 8oz, while the Lansinoh model says up to 6oz. I also like the caps that comes with the Zomee model for days when you're too tired to transfer milk after pumping. 😴 There are pros and cons to each, but the pros of the Zomee outweigh the cons for me at this point. First baby 👶🏻, so let's see how it goes! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 Thanks @mothersteach for this review! Very helpful for me in my narrowing down which pump I want to use.
@Mothers Teach thank you :) I mean how deep is it. So how much does it add to your chest? I find some are quite thick and can't tell from video. E.g is this ad slim as the elvie for example
Ah I see what you mean! I personally like the fit better than the elvie. I didn’t like that the elvie would jet out so much and had the ring light that showed through my shirts.
I just got the Zomee Z2. Haven't used it yet but I'm kinda jealous because mine did not come up with a ruler lol but it did come with a storage bag, bottles, and I'm pretty sure I got the wall plug too. I definitely would of gotten the wearable Zomee if that was presented as option through my insurance but it wasnt. The good thing is that they sell these hands free collection cups that you can use with the Z2. But anyways glad to hear that it's good because my experience with the willow was terrible which is sad because of how expensive it is so it kinda put a bad taste in my mouth for all wearable pumps since I didn't hear anything good about the Elvie either.
Wow it didn’t show up through insurance? Maybe because it’s so brand new. Thank you for your opinion! See they should have kept all the accessories the same across all their pumps. Because not having those wall pieces are inconvenient.
Thank you so much for this video! My OB was suggesting this one since it’s newly covered by my insurance and fully covered! This is the only in depth review I could find.
Oh I’m soo glad you found my video! You are so welcome!
I loved your review for this pump. I am debating on this one and a new one that came out. Eufy. I would love for your review on that brand also!
I have to look that one up! Thank you for a video idea 💡 lol
Loved this review, surprised you don’t have more likes 🤷♀️ you got one from me!

I would definitely go with the lansinoh! This is the best when it comes to suction! I hope this advice helps you 💗
I really like what this pump has to offer! Thanks for sharing with us 😊
You’re welcome!!!

Aw great!!!!! Thank you for watching!
The link to the book doesn't work for me 😢 I can't find it through search either
Hey!! Email me! Mothersteach21@gmail.com
So I've watched both of your videos about this zomee and mom cozy m5...which do you think is better overall?
Definitely the M5

Do you have any tips on how to get more milk expressed per session? Like what settings to be using and for roughly how many minutes?
So have you heard of power pumping? If so I would do that, if you havnt, essentially you pump every 10-15 mins for a duration of 10 or so mins. Does this vibrate? Also can you tell us how thick it is?
Hello! And no vibration, and how thick it is? What part do you mean?

Love how discreet theses are.
Yes!
Love this pump!
Always put an insert inside a flange
❤
I think it's so expensive for what it is. Zomee Z2 is affordable so I thought this would be affordable too
I see what your saying, I just wish they had a bandeau bra that went with it making them hands free (as far as the Z2 and Z1)
I can not believe these are not an arm and a leg to get
That’s what I was saying!!
