You never cease to amaze me when it comes to fixing things. Is there anything you can't do? I think you should ignore the outside and concentrate on the interior of the house; the new tenants/buyers can deal with it. SO GLAD you are taking time off to have a drink with the neighbors and chill out. I admire you so much! Best of luck with the remaining projects there. I hope you finish way before you have to leave so you can sit back and enjoy life a bit!

The backyard is surprisingly large and overgrown. Lots of work inside and outside. Keep hydrated!!!

Yes, a really fabulous property for the boys, lots of outdoor activities for them to do and enjoy. So much room to create a beautiful garden and plenty of space for a BBQ outdoor entertainment area. Friendly neighborhood too

Although your camera work can be absolutely shocking at times 😂 I loved it when trying to find ‘Wally’ within the undergrowth whilst watching a trembling hedgerow. Very amusing. I also admire your long list of to do’s and your attitude that it’s no big deal. You are doing a grand job.
Shame you can’t empty caravan and cut sides down to 2ft high 🤔 perfect trailer Ralf , Ofc you don’t have time to do but an interesting project. Yes the little shed contents after 8 years probably should be dumped but the shed itself looks ok 👌🏻. Or rent the trailer "roulotte" for paying guests. Garden with pool and all. 😁 That garden never ceases to amaze, there is always more and more of it!

Plaster done right can transform the place. 20% of the effort will give 80% results, and your schedule is tight. You forgot to route the vent pipe for the kitchen hood. Don't forget to paint, as plaster left unpainted degrades faster over time, specially in kitchen areas with greasy moist vapors.. I hear you, 1001 easy tasks, one after another...
The kitchen hood has carbon filter in it so it recircs.
It would be great to find someone that has your skills to do maintenance and gardening in exchange for reduced rent. You are tireless it seems.🍺
To help with keeping garden down, could you rent out some areas as allotments ?

Hi, another busy day hats off. I do wonder where all this rain is coming from, our water butts are usually bone dry by this point in July, they still remain full every day. Do you know if the mustard colour on the walls is paint or the plaster as every french house has this colour on the walls,

The big things shouldn't be, and aren't bodged, whether the ceiling is perfectly level or the grass is croquet quality doesn't seem so important to me.
what you want to do with this property,you're planning to sell it and concentrate on the Italian old villa?
