How to rotate with Lone Destruction: Shadowchaser - Lantern? | Honkai Impact 3rd [7.5 BETA]

Lantern is taking my last nerve at this point. Rotation includes non-Stellar Outburst and Stellar Outburst rotation each.

Do the phantoms take a little while to materialize? Is that why you press the phantoms a little before the rondo expires?
For Lantern it is to do the Combo after doing both Phantoms, she gains the stacks (right of her special bar, only during WoD Stellar Outburst) from Phantom attacks
For Thelema it was cause her MoI wouldnt have fit into the Rondo duration left, so I decided to start the second one earlier to fit it in
