This is one of my favorite scenes in the entire run of the show. When you’re unexpectedly crushing so hard on someone that you forget how to exist without falling into things…it’s not only hilarious, it’s downright endearing. Those butterflies, that inability to catch your breath, the thoughts incoherently racing around your brain…I’m so happy that Luke elicited those feelings in her. Makes for some outstanding television that I shamelessly watch over and over.
Lorelai's hair during this time in the show looked so so good in ways her hair never did before! The length and the curls make her look so elegant I love it
NMConsi it’s a reference to a late 80s movie called Heathers witch also became a musical later on. It’s great and I suggest it to anyone as Gilmore girls had referenced it before

in the dean clips on this episode i only looked at the comments and didn’t watch the clips bc, dean🤮 but on the luke and lorelai ones i watched the WHOLE CLIP BC THEY’RE PERFECTTTT
Notice when Lorelai falls into the table Luke tries to grab her but seems to be trying to respect her or doesn't want to make it worse and possibly hurt her so he backs off but then when she walks into the door later he does catch her because he clearly sees a pattern and wants her to be okay

In 'Last week fights, this week tights', Rory ends up on a bad first date. Her date leaves, she ends up stuck at this bar and calls Dean to come get her. They have dinner, head back to her dorm where Jess shows up. Dean still has feelings for her and may have thought he had a chance with her (although he is married). When they bump into Jess, she tells Dean to leave so she can talk privately with Jess. Jess showed up at her dorm because wants her to go to New York with him. She refuses and Jess leaves. Dean sees her here and assumes she's back with Jess.
No way, you're right!😱 I never saw that! You would think that a lot of props are not real when they're not used... But I'm honestly wondering how on earth it's easier for the creators to get fake mugs for the shots instead of real ones😂😂 I mean it shouldn't be hard to find real mugs, they are not that rare, but where do you get a bunch of half ones??🤦😂
