I also love to cook tinulang manok na bisaya with ubad ng saging. And also valensiyana - the malagkit rice with shrimp, pork liver, and chicken batikolon.
Two points: 1. La Paz and Molo are districts in the city of Iloilo, not towns. 2. You don't cook "pinamalhan" for several hours, otherwise, you'd end up with a "pulverized" dish. Nice video tho
KBL for me is Ksdios, BAKA, Langka. You should've mentioned this as an option for non-pork eaters like Adventist and Muslims. C'mon!! Let's be real. Only 60% of the world population eats pork. Edit:.
