Appreciate all your extra efforts so we old timers can sit here and enjoy. Always looks peaceful when someone else is doing it. Big fan of this old time hay making. The way my grandfather did it. If I lived nearby I would help you for free! Nothing like the smell of Alfalfa.
I love this video. I am glad I don't have to do this anymore. In the late 60's and early 70;s I worked for a cousin of mine that did a lot of custiom square baling in the area. He always had at leat 2 guys and someimes 3 on the trailer depending on what he was baling. If he was balling straw 2 guys could handle if, but if he was baling alfalfa 3 guys worked better because of the weight. Usually with wheat hay or straw we would usually pick them up of the ground with 3 on the ground and 2 on the trailer. That worked pretty well provided we had the help to do it. But that is good memories.
Except everything runs better than a deere. John Deere are way overpriced and you don't get many horsepowers for it. You don't even get it with the modern JD machines that only reaches 670 hp, which is nothing compared to New Holland, where you get 692 hp for a more reasonable price and they run better than any JD will ever do
@@Deandeere4020 except they don't actually sell out. Just because they're a big brand doesn't mean they sell out. If they sold out, there wouldn't be as many JD machines as there is. You should get a life instead of being a farmer
@@Chisszaru I'm saying there is a waiting list to buy the tractors they make every year and that's how it's been for years. If they were so horrible wouldn't all the lots be full of tractors they couldn't sell? Haha your a moron. I still don't know why your wasting your time on a channel with only John Deere content? Your just a troll
John Deere tractors are way to expensive. I have operated a JD, but you don't get much for the price tag to be honest. Great to look at, but nothing else

Watching baling videos in the winter warms me up.
Enjoyed watching. We would of put three windrows in one to keep the baler full. Brought back a lot of good Memories.

And yet every year they are sold out and continue to be the best selling brand in history haha! You should probably find another channel to watch?
