"the good Bears days"? If you remember, they completely fell apart and didn't even make the playoffs that year🤣...and fired Lovie Forte was beastly, though
I remember this team like it was yesterday, Urlacher Tillman Jennings were so fun to watch, of course the Packers lost when we needed them lose...then proceed to win the following week against the same team they lost to the week before (Minnesota)
This was the peak of the 2012 bears. Demolished the Titans in their stadium, moving to 7-1 and looking like possibly the best team in the NFC. Then they played the real teams on their schedule and it went downhill. They played the Texans hard but still lost at home in weather that favors them over a dome team, got annihilated by the 49ers on MNF, then the meltdown vs Seattle at home, getting run over by AP in minnesota, and finally being shut down by the packers mediocre defense in a very crucial week 15 game that allowed GB to win the division. Then week 17, depending on the packers to beat the Vikings only for them to have AP destroy their defense and then the following week destroy Minnesota. Being a bears fan sucks lol. Not even gonna talk about 2013-2017. Way too many heartbreakers
It's a shame that the Bears can't put together a consistently good team. They will put it together one year, fall apart and swim in mediocrity for five years. Then they put it together again, win, fall in the playoffs, and swim in mediocrity for five years. I don't see the Bears putting together anything consistently good as long as the environment in Chicago discourages good offense. I don't blame people for slamming on the Bears for drafting Trubisky over Maholmes, but people have to remember that if Maholmes would have been drafted by the Bears, he would be on the scrapheap too. Oh well. Maybe some century they will do something...
@@DaDitka I completely agree. SB appearance in 2006 then no playoffs until 2010. Injuries ruined the 2011 campaign and to a lesser degree the 2012 season. 2013 piss poor defense ruined the best Bears Offense in a long time. Then 2014-2017 fighting through a rebuild and alot of injuries. Finally return to the playoffs in 2018 only to go one and done and then get exposed in the 2019 season. Mahomes has alot of raw talent, he wouldn't throw 50 tds in Chicago but i still think he'd be a competent QB, above average but still hindered like Trubisky has been. Also not alot of people saw Mahomes coming, but to pass on a championship QB in Watson for a guy who played 13 games is very questionable. Maybe this 2020 group can scrape out a playoff appearance, but these next 2-3 offseasons are gonna be huge. The bears have a small window with this current defense, it's almost now or never.
Cutler getting concussed in that first half vs Houston and missing that game before also missing the following Monday Night in San Fran really crushed our momentum. Seemed to recover with a solid win vs Minnesota, but that collapse late vs Seattle (lost Urlacher that wee as well) just sent them into a mental free fall, I think. They weren't the same team that final month. Barely beat Detroit that final week when they had to in order to keep their playoff hopes alive. Then, Green Bay doesn't help us out...
@@solofunk he was but the bears lost alot of big games during Marshall's tenure, which isn't his fault, just noting that they never lived up to their Superbowl aspirations

Aries too bad mariota is trash. I had high hopes for him. Hopefully tannehill can be the start of a new trend for titans QBs. We basically haven’t had a good one for 15 years
@@lgrw9883 You guys didn't help Marcus at all constantly giving him different OCs and never helping him out with wide receivers along with Offensive line.
Lol everytime i watch a Jay Cutler game, whether its from his days in Denver, Chicago, or Miami, the commentators always mention his bad habit of throwing off his back foot and how that affects his accuracy. I remember as a kid/teenager, it was so frustrating to watch him play. You’d see the flashes, then you’d see a pick because he trusted his arm too much.
At 2:57, that fumble, and if every Titan fan remembers that year, it was horrible. And that 1st fumble, most Titan fans like myself would stop watching this.
Saturday Night Live - Da Bears, DA BEARS!! So funny.... My cousin who's a hardcore Packers fan, couldn't help but laugh. Me? I've been lost ever since the Colts left Baltimore. I live in Nashville, but the Titans don't do anything for me. I'll always have my Tennessee Volunteers though!
Be aware that if you want to click around to see different parts of the game, you'll have to watch a 15 second ad literally every time you go forward or backward in the game, LOL. So stupid.
Whoever’s in charge of deciding the games that are streamed should be fired🤣 bears won by 30 points, who would wanna watch this other than bears fans🤦🏿♂️
But still it’s football I would want to rewatch it what else is there to do and I love sports, I rewatched almost every broadcast from the nfl on this channel cuz it’s football, and same for nba I watched almost every stream, I love my sports and there is nothing else to do
Yeah theres a reason why it took peanut 9 years to make the probowl the nfl hates on the bears. And conte is stilla bum 🤣🤣 if the bears would of hit on the McClellin Carimi and Conte ( 3 white bums 🤮) picks they would of won a super bowl.
Went right from the high of dominating in this game and reaching 7-1. To losing Cutler in the 1st half of the next game vs Houston and totally collapsing. Missing the playoffs entirely, going 3-5 in the 2nd half, and finishing 10-6. Minnesota upsetting Green Bay in the final week to knock us out. Brutal stuff. This coming the year after we collapsed after losing Cutler and being 7-3. Finishing 8-8 and missing out. Then, in 2013, blowing the division on the final defensive play of the season to Green Bay. Lovie and Cutler's respective eras (yes, I realize they didn't spend their entire time here together) should have brought us more than it did. It seemed we always caught bad breaks at just the worst possible time.
Just a decade ago we used to honor our military, today they try to turn them into chicks. Sick ! And they had cheerleaders in football back then, you must be so offended
Ah yes, the good Bears days. I’m starting to realize how old I’m becoming after seeing the date
If this ain't the truth, it's hard to believe this was 8 years ago!
"the good Bears days"?

Did the bears not make the playoffs because the packers lost week 17 to the Vikings?
Man. 31-5 at the half is crazy
Our last game being an elite team. Never been the same since outside of 2018
🥜 Tillman with 4 forced fumbles. Best in the world
Charles is an FBI AGENT NOW.
Did the bears really just put up 51 points?! Man, times have changed😐 the fact that this was almost a decade ago is surreal. I remember 2012 vividly
The Bears defence this year is very similar to 2012
That game Charles Tilman destroyed Titans with a performence for the ages with 4 forced fumbles
Matt Forte is so much faster than madden gives him credit for
I remember this game. It was so embarrassing because we passed on Jay Cutler a few years back.

That Scooby-Doo move on the runback was hilarious.
I swear I heard a Hanna-Barbera sound effect when it happened.
